Gives a visual check of the fuel filter

Last summer I think I got some contaminated gas from a small marina. I stalled out on two occasions. I am in the hobbit of carrying spare water separator filters and corrected the situation. I went with the visible globe in hopes I can inspect the filter and avoid stalling.
