Great for pregnancy but hardly uses black balls

The practice in the video is sufficient and does a nice job of showing how to use the gold ball all over the body. It uses the black balls TWICE. Once in the beginning and once at the end. I'm left wondering why they included the black balls in this kit if you hardly use them. While the video spends a lot of valuable time on the back and rib cage, I wish it also spent more time on hip openers. I've been googling other Yamuna videos to find these and also to find ways to use these black balls I now have.

Helped my back

I learned about this product at my massage school. After trying out my teacher's set I know I had to buy my own. In 1999 I was in an auto accident. I've been to chiropractors and massage therapist over the years to help deal with the pain and stiffness from the accident. But I've never felt so good as i have since I started using Yamuna's Body Rolling balls. I ordered this set (even though I'm not pregnant) for the price for what you get... It was money well spent. I wish I could have found out about this along time ago. I am regaining my flexibility that I had before my auto accident. I am so excited, I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Anybody need the pregnancy DVD?

Okay...I'm not pregnant, so I now have a brand new DVD to sell. I got the kit anyway because the sale price was so good and I wanted the gold ball, the pair of small black balls, and the pump. Get any DVD's you need separately and get this kit. The only problem...as I've described in detail in my review here (Yamuna Body Rolling Total Body Workout DVD )...is the lack of info on how full to inflate the balls. They do expand as you pump them up. Where do you stop? Beats me.

Packing issues

The kit arrived and the way it was packaged was a problem for totally inflating the ball. It had a large ridge all around because of the way it was stored ( flattened so the ball was inside itself). I sent it back and got a replacement. The second wasn't quite as severe and I'm hoping by using it, it will resolve that ridge. They need to find another way to store it to alleviate this problem. As far as Yamuna, it's a wonderful practice and can be of use to anyone for prevention or treatment of issues.

Gold ball Permanently misshapen.

I melted for the 2 black balls and the pump. Did not need the dvd.
