Great
These bands are great. These retain their shape and resistance use after use. I have used these to build strength through levels. I started with the light bands and worked through medium and heavy resistance. These provide an excellent workout at home without expensive machines or a gym membership. These make a great gift. Well made for the price, I highly recommend.

Quality Resistance Bands at the Absolute Best Price!
I've purchased these resistance bands twice because of the quality and value being offered (at the time of this review, they were $8.99). Let's begin with the bands, there are 5 bands clearly marked ranging from 15 to 40 pounds of resistance. These tubular rubber resistance bands are encased in a colorful polyester type of stretchable fabric case, with the resistance amount clearly labeled (see the picture). This is a HUGE benefit because they prevent the bands from binding on surfaces where you anchor them (such as the floor or a carabiner). This not only increases the lifespan of the band, it protects you should the band break by keeping it encased in its outside polyester case. The accessories are legit too. The handles, leg/wrist straps, and door anchor are sewn well, durable, and adequate for the job. Each strap has one quality metal carabiner attached to each end of the band. Also included is a handy exercise sheet, an adequate jump rope, and a pretty amazing green cloth that when wetted will keep you cool (in conjunction with the water, it really wicks the heat away from your body, amazing product by itself). LASTLY, I HAVE NOT FOUND A BETTER PRODUCT AT THIS PRICE POINT, and I have seen hundreds of similar products of lesser value offered from twice to ten times more. This is the best $8.99 I've spent in a long, long time.

Nice addition to home gym
In the age of corona, I've discovered I don't need to go out to get a great workout. There are a vast number of resources online to guide me through exercises and, while not necessary, a few pieces of equipment can go a long way toward a great home gym. I took a chance on these resistance bands to add some variety to my home workouts and was not disappointed. The bands are durable and, as advertised, offer great resistance. My first workout with them was a bit awkward but I suspect this awkwardness will diminish with practice. One thing I was disappointed with was the length of the bands. My height is average but the bands are too short for some leg workouts. I appreciate the extras in this set. The bag is great for storing the bands. The jump rope was also a great surprise. I have been getting the most use out of this simple accessory. Jumping rope is my new hobby. Great way to quickly get the heart pumping. Overall, this set offers great value and is a nice addition to my modest corona home gym.

No carrying pouch
The price on these is really good, and the product seems very good. The description calls for a "carrying pouch." There is none. The bands come in a compact cardboard box. For the price, it doesn't really matter, but the description should be updated. Wrote to the seller, but the response was unclear (may have been a translation). Apologized. Said there isn't one, but that they would include one in the future?

Legit, quality product!
This set is an amazing deal. 150 pounds of resistance + jump rope + towel + 2 door anchors + ankle straps? Wow! I admit I'm pretty cheap and a frequent bargain hunter so I know sometimes that means I'm sacrificing quality, but I just got these today and tried them out, and these things are awesome. You can usually tell if something is crap quality the second you pick it up.. but you can immediately tell these are very well made. I never write reviews and this product didn't have many, (not sure if it's cause it's newer?) but it definitely deserves 5 stars. Kudos to the company, great product.

Shockingly high quality build materials at a very reasonable price.
An amazing value! I had previously bought another set of resistance bands from Amazon but the resistance wasn't enough for me. This set not only provides more resistance for marginally more money but the build quality is shockingly good. The nylon sleeves are a great protection just in case something breaks (I was also looking for a cheap Crossover Symmetry approximation) but the heat shrink on the ends is a nice touch. All of the metal hardware is substantially beefier than the last set and I have no concerns about anything snapping or not holding well. I love being surprised like this from random Amazon products!
