Arrived with a Very Recent Inspection Date

I ordered a set of Salisbury gloves, by Honeywell from Grainger for my job. They arrived with an inspection that was over five years old. The inspection date on first use has to be no longer than a year before purchase. In Grainger's defense, they have them shipped directly from the manufacturer. I ordered these to replace the expired ones (which I returned). The price was reasonable and they had been inspected within two months of my receipt. I was able to get the electrical job done without delay. Highly Recommended!

Curiosity got the better of me and I touched one end of a ...

I needed to change a meter box that had 240VAC line power from a transformer. I didn't want to take a chance of accidentally touching the live ends of the cables or grounding them on the sides of the metal box. Wearing these gloves and other protective gear for high voltage, I removed the cables. Curiosity got the better of me and I touched one end of a live cable wearing these gloves and.....nothing. They work! These gloves are rated for 1000VAC and provide protection for working on live AC and DC circuits. I ordered my glove size (9) and the rubber glove fit perfectly but the leather glove is too small and it took a lot of force to get them to fit over the rubber gloves. The leather gloves have to be worn to protect the rubber gloves from puncture or tearing.
