Decent starter steamer
For the value, I would rate it at decent. Simply because the accessories were exactly what I needed and what I would use regularly. However, the pieces are a bit flimsy. And there’s a constant wait period for the steam to build. I would say every 1-2 minutes of constant steam would then trigger the light (not ready) you can still use it with the light on but the steam pressure decreases noticeably. For what I need it for, it should would. But I would not recommend for heavy duty jobs.

Easy to use and great steam
Use distilled water if you want it to last even though it says tap water is fine. Heats up quickly. Unfortunately the filler cup is a strange shape so I just use a funnel. Blasts away odors in fabrics and cleans well.

Good for short term cleaning.
It cleans vinyl flooring, brick and aluminum entry, window screens, everything I tried. It only cleans for a few minutes before needing a minute or so to reheat the water (6 ounces max.)

It works but the tank is way too tiny
I had to return this item because there was no point in having it. To me, I couldn't clean anything with that small of a tank. It just runs out of steam right away, almost immediately. It was easy to use but I would have had to be constantly refilling the water. It just didn't work for me. I had to return it and exchange it for a bigger tank steamer.

Cheap attachments
How do I order 16 to 20 replacement brushes because I believe I’ll wear out that many pretty quickly.

Attachment not designed to survive
After using once the brush looks like this. I was attempting to clean my shower. Ran out of steam after steaming less than 25% of the surface and the cleaning brush is already destroyed. I’m writing this review while I’m waiting for the steamer to cool enough for me to add more water and resume cleaning. It’s very loud. I recommend wearing ear plugs

I wanted to love it , but the first attachment leaked
I wanted to love it, but the attachment I needed the most leaked. Before anyone comes for me it wasn’t where the hose connects but further down the extension part. It is light weight and would have been perfect for my shower ????

This is a great starter for steam cleaning. Easy to use. For me it is a great way to get my kitchen, bathroom and recliners clean without chemicals. I have also used it in my car! Saves money on expenses of professional job.

Very disappointing, being returned
The hose attachment does not secure properly, it keeps shooting off, no way to tighten it ... very dangerous, so disappointing as this is the second steam cleaner I have had issues with.

To be honest I haven't used the steamer as much as I would have like to as I injure my right arm, but I am perceiving with my left hand which is a little awkward. But i will keep you posted on my progress Thank you for you interest.

Works realyy well to clean window tracks and other tight places. Cord is a great long length.
