Great ball for baseball training or to replace your plastic wiffle balls!
I love these training balls! I also have the weighted TCB training balls, but I got these wiffle balls as an alternative to plastic wiffle balls which I was going through like crazy with guys hitting them with metal bats. I haven't tried these with a wiffle ball bat and don't know if it's even possible, but I can tell you that our wiffle ball games using plastic balls and plastic bats have been replaced by using these balls and regular baseball bats! The flight of the ball is both cases is similar, but these balls are a little heavier than their plastic brethren which makes them better to throw, produces a better feel to hit, and you can even catch them in the field (and throw them around the "infield" if you want). As a training aid, they are good for soft toss, front toss or even overhand front toss from 30-40 feet away. If you get hit with one coming back at you they will probably hurt more than a wiffle ball, but the good news is that they are heavier so you can throw them accurately from further away. So as long as your reflexes are not totally shot you can either catch them or get out of the way. And if you can't then you probably shouldn't be throwing batting practice. :-) Or at least not without a screen.

Great for use in yard
Use this in my yard with my son. He gets more tactile feedback hitting them and I don't lose any windows, so it win-win. It takes a little while to get a feel on how to throw them as you don't want your fingers in the holes else they don't go for strikes. Had 12 that worked great, so I bought 48 more. My yard is 5 acres, so I also don't have far to go to collect them. Squared up they go about 120 feet.

Believe the hype
Great training ball . Heavy enough to throw straight in windy conditions . Holes big enough to put fingers in allowing you to hold 5 or 6 balls at a time with glove hand while throwing. Bought a dozen,now buying more love 'em!
