Does not work on lap.

I bought this hoping to be able to carry extra items when I'm out with my kids. However this will not stay on your lap while walking. So it's not actually a lap top pack. It only works while sitting. The straps are either poor design or it's user error I don't know. When you put the straps on your legs the pack just falls off when you stand up. I tried tightening the straps but then I can't walk. I will give it 5 stars because it will function as an old fashioned backpack with the straps over you shoulders. Hope this helps.

Love this backpack and all the pockets. It’s great for my laptop and I also use it as my purse. It’s sturdy! The only thing I would change is adding pockets on the side to insert a water bottle. But it’s CUTE

Lovely bag, shame about the service!

I ordered the Misty Rose colour and was sent the cheaper Russet Red version - not what I paid for. But that's fine, mistakes happen - only when I requested a replacement, the very next day I was sent THE SAME wrong colour. This is not what I ordered and quitely frankly, I feel that this is appalling customer service. I have since requested a refund and decided to shop elsewhere. The bag is lovely and exactly what I need - just be careful ordering from here!

Zipper Broke!!!

I bought this backpack 4 months ago. The zipper always gets jammed, like everytime I attempt to zip it open or shut, it jams!!! And after the hundreth time of trying to get the jam out, THE ZIPPER BROKE!! I am always gentle with my belongings but do I always have to fold the material away to zip this thing shut? I never do with my other zippered items. I am very upset because for the price and the brand reputation you would think it would last "a lifetime". I did send the warranty people an email and received no response. BEWARE: THE ZIPPER JAMS AND YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED EXTRA TIME TO UNJAM IT AND RISK OF WEARING THE ZIPPER OUT UNTIL IT BREAKS OFF. I feel ripped off and want to warn everyone that the design is made so the zipper jams and eventually breaks.

el color es igual a la imagen, las medidas también solo que si metes una lap de 13” con funda cuesta un poco de trabajo. tiene buena capacidad para otros artículos y diferentes bolsas lo que la hace muy practica
