This Savvy Brightening Powder Has A Gazillion Uses To Whiten & Brighten Everything Besides Laundry

I ordered this Savvy Green Oxygen Brightening Powder on a whim & I am so glad I did. Not only does this powder brighten whites and light color laundry items safely, I have found many other uses in my home for cleaning/whitening with this gentle, powerful powder. I add a scoop of Savvy with a little natural liquid laundry detergent to scrub my toilet bowl. I scrub well with a brush, let it soak then scrub a second time. I have great spring water supplying my home, but it gets a little red clay silt sediment in the water on occasion which over time leaves nasty reddish stains & deposits. Before, I had to scrub with pumice like crazy to make it nice & white. This Savvy powder cleans better with the liquid natural laundry detergent with almost zero scrub work; far superior to anything I've ever tried. And much SAFER for my Septic tank. Those same deposits stain my shower stall floor & Savy powder removes every bit. I have even used it on my grout lines of my marble tile bathroom floor, just adding water to make a thin watery paste. If you place Savvy on the grout & let it soak, you don't have to scrub it. Just wipe it away after soaking & the grout looks brand new. It does the work for you. I wonder if the company who makes Savvy is aware just how may uses this wonderful, gently powder has? It works far better than that "Oxey" brand, has no scent, and is never harsh on my hands. And yes, works great on in the laundry, too!

Great product!

I use this product on my whites and colors. My favorite red shirt had a stain I couldn’t get out by using “stain stick”. I put a little of this oxygenated powder on the stain and rubbed it in with a small amount of water. Washed it in the powder and the stain came out. I also use this powder when the dog throws up on the rug. It always gets those stains out along with the smell.

What Scoop?

It says to use one - three scoops but these is no scoop or equivalent information. So kind of hard to rate product as I'm guesstimating amount to use????

Continuing to find uses

I continue to find new uses for the powder...most recently i found that it cleaned the inside of my stainless steel coffee mug to a like-new shine. Tip: put about 1/3 of a scoop in the empty mug then pouring very hot water in to almost the top...attach lid and shake (immediately release some pressure by either carefully unscrewing the lid or pushing whatever button is on your mug to drink from the mug. then either unscrew but leave the lid resting on top or disable whatever mechanism is in the lid that keeps it air tight so that gases that are released by the powder can escape. Come back the next morning dump and rinse thoroughly. shiny again

Better and safer than oxi clean!!

I bought this as a safer alternative to oxi clean and never looked back! This brightens colors and whites so well and is non toxic! I have this in my subscription now and can’t live without it.

Best oxygen brightening powder I've used and cost-effective, too!

I freaking love this stuff! From the first moment I used it, it not only brightened my clothing, towels, and sheets, but it got rid of any lingering odors and stains. It's especially great to use in loads of underwear and other underthings--because I have an older front-loading washer which isn't quite as efficient as it once was, some items would take two loads to get fully clean. Not any longer! The best thing is this powder is clean-rinsing. I've used other powders, especially in those little pillow packs, which would leave streaks of white on my clothes, something I often didn't detect until after they'd already run through the dryer--talk about frustrating! Since using this powder, I haven't run into an issue yet of white streaks or residue once, and I wash in cold water which can often make it difficult for these types of powders to fully dissolve... obviously. Plus, there's no caustic or chemical odor associated with this powder as there was with certain brands I've used in the past (*cough*Oxy-Clean*cough*). Highly recommended!

Brightens and kills mold on porous items when activated. I've read that the steam can help kill mold on non-porous surfaces in washers.

works well on whites and dark colors. I use it to clean my tea and coffee stains off of stainless steel and ceramics, even works to remove some of the water stains on my flower vases. Seems multi purpose product and safer.

No Difference Noted. Too Expensive

I could not notice a difference in the cleanliness of the clothes being washed, which is really disappointing considering the price for such a small bag! I would not recommend and will not purchase again.
