Great pillow, while it lasts.

When I first got the Pillow it was just okay. I was only about 20 weeks along and about 126 lbs. It was too big for me at that time to use it all together, and was causing my hips to be sore every morning. So I took off the two big end pieces and slept with just the middle part for my belly which was perfect! The only thing annoying thing about that is that the middle part of the pillow does not come out of the given pillow case, so you have these two huge flaps of fabric in the way. But the pillow was still worth it to me. It's the perfect size and shape to fit under/around my belly. I am now 26 weeks along and have gotten big enough to want something between my legs, so I put one end back in and it's perfect. Forms to my legs and hips perfectly. I don't put in the other big end piece because it was just too big and it made my neck sore. When I was trying to sleep with the entire pillow put together when I first received it, like I said, my neck and hips were sore, but the seam on The pillow case also hurt my neck, it was really tight and would leave a huge indent on my neck/shoulder, so that was annoying. I gave it a 4-star though bc it really is comfortable now that I am big enough for it. It is a little large but my husband and I have been sleeping on a futon at my parents house the last few weeks and we still fit. It's definitely crowded, but we both don't move much at night, so it's not a big deal to us. And he can still cuddle up to me which he was worried about at first. So here is summary of pros and cons: Pros: -many different positions you can use this thing in -can use one or all parts of the pillow in multiple ways -middle section cradles my big belly perfectly -relatively easy to roll over with (have to pull to sheets back, but I don't have to get up) -shapes my legs and hips really well, don't wake up with sore hips Cons: -seam on the end pieces in the middle are really uncomfortable (although only bothers my neck, not my legs) - pillow case is weird, the middle section of the pillow does not come out of the case so if you take out the two end pieces you have two huge flaps of extra fabric to try and deal with) -not sure how to wash the pillow case if the middle section of the pillow doesn't come out, so that's kind of gross. Update 9/14/11- I am now 37 weeks pregnant and sleep with this pillow every night still. BUT the pillow has become so flat between my knees that I had to add a body pillow to elevate my leg enough to prevent nerves from pinching. I still LOVE the middle part of the pillow b/c of how perfectly it cradles my belly, but honestly, the material the pillow stuffing is made of is just of really poor quality. You would expect a pillow that cost this much to hold up more than this one has. So unless you want to be adding pillows to this one after only a few months of use, then look for another pillow.

Went flat after a month of use.

I researched for weeks before investing into this pillow because of the price. I looked everywhere for the perfect pillow and after reading all the reviews, went with this one. When it first arrived, I was so excited because it truly helped my sciatic nerve problem in my back and I really have not had any issues with my back due to pregnancy since I began using it. The only complaint I have is that now, after about a month of heavy use, I am left with two flat pillows, attached together, which takes up a lot of space in the bed. It is not doing much as far as putting space between my legs when sleeping on my side, and most of the time I now am having to double it over and put the entire thing under my legs. I'm not as impressed as I thought I would be. I would have been if the pillows remained firm or where made out of another material.

Good pillow, but not customizable

The pillow is a great idea ... but ... it cannot be a 1 size fits all from 5 foot to 6 foot or more. The pillow as is seems to be usable for people 5'4" to 5'10" ... if you are over 5'10" then the pillow can end up giving you a wedgie when used across the back or not even reaching when trying to go around a normal sized pregnant belly :o) Additionally, everyone likes different pillow softness/firmness ... some like firm, some like smushy, some like to have their head up and others like to have their head lower, etc ... this pillow is not customizable/adjustable, it would be good if the height &/or stuffing could be regulated somehow, perhaps having a removable insert or two that would allow one to adjust how high or low their head is &/or the firmness. Overall, it is a great idea, but the execution needs refinement ... not all pregnant ladies are built to fit the pillow, it should be customizable enough to allow for some differences and it should come in three sizes, petite, average, and tall each with customizable pillow options. Bottom line is if you are of average height and like sleeping with your head higher than horizontal, then this pillow is for you!

so comfortable!!

This pillow is amazing. It's so comfortable, it wraps itself around you and releaves all the pressure points that you just cant get with numorous pillows. The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because you can only take out the 2 end pillows when it's time to wash and so you end up having to wash the middle pillow in the washing machine. I havent washed mine yet but im worried it's going to go funny if i put it in the dryer or some people talk about air drying it, im sure that that will take a long time and/or it may smell after that (due to not drying properly) the middle pillow is quite big. Other than that its perfect and it can be used to support twins for feeding....win ...win

So Good I Didn't Want To Pee

This pillow is amazing. When I sleep I do not move at all (big deal). I'm due in 2 weeks and have to pee at night about every 20-30 minutes. I am so comfortable adult diapers flashed through my mind as a reasonable solution. My husband cracks up because when he looks over there is just a mound of pillow and blanket. I do wish there was some sort of super cute cover for the whole thing (not having a pillowcase feels weird to me). It does come with 2 covers for the side pillows, but they are not cute. Overall I will be using the sh!t out of this pillow!
