Measurements are nominal and product did not test acid free

I purchased several of these to store my artwork in, since the claim is that they are acid free. Once I attempted to place art in them I quickly realized the measurements are pretty off. The listing states 3" x 20" x 24", but actual is closer to 3" x 19.5" x 23.5." Note that my measurements are on the inside--the actual use space--however, even the external measurements were still off and not 3" x 20" x 24". Because this is an item you have to assemble, the company should be stating what the internal dimensions are for the customer. In addition, I used my Lineco pH pen to test the box and the included tissue paper; Lineco is a trusted brand and perhaps the pen is wrong, but all I can say is that both items tested as acidic, which is a huge disappointment and negates my reason for purchasing them. As my return window is sadly closed, I am stuck with 4 useless boxes that appear to not be as stated in the listing.

Box for wedding dress

The tissue paper was a surprise, didn't know it came with. My daughters dress with a long train fit very snug in the box. It has a secure 'lock' so it won't open on its own (how the tabs on the box fit). Very happy.

Fantastic wedding dress storage.

Fit my wedding dress perfectly. After my wedding my parents had my dress dry cleaned and put into a box for storage. It has lived in it for 20 years. This summer we cleaned out my parents’ house and I needed to bring it home. Well the original box was huge and hard to find a good home for in my house. I ordered this box and it fits perfectly along with my vail and it easily fits under my bed. I know it will be safe and well protected for any future generation that might wish to wear it. For those interested, my dress was full length with a short train. It was very full but didn’t have a built in crinoline. It would not work if you have a fluffy skirt.

Excellent for superior quilt storage

I use these large boxes to store my handmade quilts. They are large enough for a king-size quilt. They come with acid-free tissue paper to layer between the fabric folds/rolls of the quilt and the secure closures keep the quilts dust-free and fresh.

Box came folded in half

The box came collapsed and was fairly easy to assemble. I was disappointed to find that the box was folded in half in order to make it fit inside a smaller shipping box. This means that the box that I was hoping could be a nice solution for storing my wedding dress ended up looking more like a pizza box that got run over by a car. For something that they are advertising as a museum quality keepsake box, I expected it to look nicer. I see that they have photoshopped/cropped/covered the fold in all their product images. This is deceitful.

The box was easy to assemble. However, it did NOT include the acid-free paper as advertised. Now I must purchase the tissue paper separately.
