More than just a carpet cleaner

Unfortunately my daughter several months ago snuck a kitten into the house. I did eventually find out but by the time I was able to get him neutered he had urinated all over the furniture, the carpet and he would jump up on the dirty laundry baskets and urinate all over the clothes. The stuff is extremely concentrated and works great. I put my washing machine on soak and I pour about a capful in. I leave it sitting overnight but all the stains and the odor are completely gone. Prior to purchasing this I had tried several other things including OxiClean. This absolutely worked the best and I highly recommend it for your laundry.

Rug Doctor portable steam cleaner + This = clean rugs!

I have some beautiful area rugs (no carpeting) that I want to keep looking beautiful so I trust this brand. I use Rug Doctor all the time in my RD portable steam cleaner. It really does pull out any dirt or odors that come from tracking through snow, ice, dirt, whatever I may have on my shoes from living in the mountains where critters crawl everywhere outside on my property! As well, when my little dog rolls all over my rug or I catch him wiping his little wonky-toothed mouth on my rug after he's eaten (yuck!), I know this cleaner will take care of any of that. The scent on this one isn't over-whelming either so I don't have a perfumy or strong scent bothering me after I clean my rugs. Safe enough to use a lot. Just be sure to follow instructions because if you use too much, it's going to build up in your rug/carpet. Awesome stuff.

Removed Dog Pee Smell and Cleaned Good

I have tried a few different products to use in my Hoover Steam Vac Carpet Cleaner over the past few years and nothing has worked as well as using this product with 3 oz per gallon of hot water. NO foaming at all, no heavy perfume smell, no sticky residue. Carpet came out cleaner, too. I do go over the area a few times, but I think that is pretty standard if you want a job well done for a home machine. If you are like me and have spent lots and lots of time reading people's reviews of products on Amazon just hoping, hoping, you might finally get just the right affordable product, this is it! Note: I think that using the hot water in the machine helps activate enzymes that eat at the pee bacteria. You may have a slight dog smell during the first day in areas that were the most affected, but give it another day and it should be really great. Then if you get and use the product because you read this review, please come back and comment, because I am really hoping this helps someone and I didn't lead you astray. This is my real experience and I hope it is for others, too. UPDATE: Downgraded to 4 stars because it did not deter my little beasties from peeing in same area again. But we have had a problem for a long time so may not be fully a product issue. 4 stars since I still like everything else.

Miracle solution

This stuff is amazing! We have 2 puppies that we had to potty train and obviously they had accidents. I took my area rug outside and poured the carpet solution directly onto the worst parts and pressure washed and hung over the fence to air dry. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!! The smell of urine is gone and it's bright and beautiful again!! Highly recommend this product !!

Oh my!!

I knew this product was going to be amazing!! I used it in my Hoover spin brush cleaner and oh man! After I was finished, my family saw the carpet and were amazed at the finished product.
