It's a good gun otherwise but you can get just as good ...

I paid more to get a No-Drip gun but this gun is NOT a No-Drip gun. It didn't matter how I used the gun, there was always significant drippage occurring after releasing pressure. I almost returned it but decided it wasn't worth the time to return it and purchase another one. It's a good gun otherwise but you can get just as good of use out of one half the cost that is not a No-Drip gun.

Smooth action creates smooth caulk lines

Smooth action and easy load are great. The piercing rod is very helpful. The tip cutter leaves a snag at the tip. The tubes easily fall out if you hold it at a certain angle. Easy to extract tube when done. Recommended.

Culks nicely, but

But the drip less option tends to release all the way back causing the caulk tube to fall out most of the time. And there is no side support to prevent the tune from falling out I still use it. I just feel it should of been made smarter .

Red Devil gone to the Devil

Red Devil has been a trusted quality brand for decades. This caulk gun looks like earlier guns and in no way matches the expected Red Deveil quality. It is made of lighter metal, cartridge falls out once you stop pumping, when pumping it is all or nothing-- no controlled application of caulk.

Tubes of caulk continually fall out. Cheaply made product.

Not much I can say positive. Made in China says enough.

Not Very sturdy

Had a Caulking gun similar to this design for years lightweight and sturdy, Thought this was the same, however turns out to be a Chinese knock off. Seller has super fast shipping though.

Easy to use

I found this caulk gun very easy to use. I really like Red Devil's video clips explaining their different products, helped me decide which one was right for my project. Thank you Red Devil for posting them here on Amazon.
