Way Over Priced

Way overpriced! Not great quality and definitely different material then what the picture shows. Gets the job done if it’s all you got and don’t mind cleaning out all the lint and fabric it leaves behind in the chamber and grooves for the locking lugs. If it was $5 it would be rated higher. Better off with cleaning patches and Q-Tips.

Great for final cleaning of chamber

I really like this little mop. It does a great job of cleaning up the chamber after using a GI chamber brush. I’ve been running it dry to cleanup the remnants of carbon/gun oil after shooting and cleaning. It’s held up fine so far and I like it much better than the star shaped felt pads I have used before.

Work smarter, not harder!

Put this in your 5.56 cleaning kit. Or, if you're like me, put it into that huge tackle box that already contains ever brush, pick, and bore solvent you can buy. Cleaning the chamber is always a bit of a pain but this makes that final wipe out much easier. I found that I still needed to use some 6" cotton tipped swaps after scrubbing but this really helps wipe out reside.

Useful piece of kit-time saver

The pro-shot chamber mop works great to remove the build up that your typical solvents breaks free in the chamber and feed ramps. It doesn't do anything that q-tips or picks and cleaning patches can't do, but its shape really cuts down the time it takes to get the job done, especially the feed ramps. If you have an AR this tool really helps.

Nice addtion for cleaning

Another great product which is hard to find without buying an entire gun cleaning kit. As least now I know where to re-order and at a great price.
