Recommended

It is a perfect fit for pleasant hearth wood stove. It is a heavy duty squirrel cage fan that's a little bit noisy. It is a little hard to feel where the air is actually coming off from. It just blows air off the back of the firebox. If I were looking again, I might just get a cheap little floor fan.

Super Easy to Install

Just break out the prepunched panel on the back of the Pleasant Health stove, and put it in.

Same stove more heat!

Made a great woodstove even better! Easy install and my living room warms up much faster now. It is a little noisy on higher speeds, but well worth it when it’s frigid outside.

Not noisy

Read a lot of comments about being loud. No louder than most wood stove fans. Hooked it up to my LP gas stove. Will be looping it through a disc thermostat on the stove somewhere so it will cycle.

Works great, just a little noisy

Everything works as it should, it’s just very loud. I wouldn’t recommend putting it in a room where you’ll be sitting close to it because of this.

Do not recommend

This product has failed me two times, I purchased the first one with a small inconsistent noise in the motor. It failed about 20 days later. The second replacement motor failed within 10 days. Are use it as a generic blower for my woodstove and it sets about 12 inches above the stove, it moves air well but the motor does not last. I left it on 24 seven for three days during the cold spell. I turned it back on for a second time came home to find it stopped and would not restart or come on when turned on. Not recommended

Not thermostat controled. Either on or its off.

I can't use this

The fan works. The problem is, it blows the pilot light out so I can't use it. It works fine while the stove is running, but when it shuts off, the pilot goes out. I can't leave it unattended and it's not worth it.

Moves lots of air

The fan moves lots of air on high but is noisier then I had hoped
