Does not include mounting screw, new model?

Seems to work well as intended. However no mounting screw or port to attach it to the outlet. I was looking for that since my apartment had indented outlets and it doesn’t always sit right to turn the protected light green. I doubt this is a manufactured issue just a problem with the individual outlet in question. It worked fine in other outlets that are less indented in my apartment. Probably would buy again.

Does the job. Light is irritating.

As I said, does the job. Seems to do it well. It sits in the socket really well, so if I pull another plug out it stays in the wall. Didn’t realize it had a light on top. My bad there, but I find it irritating.

Won’t stay in the wall & 2 small

I bought this for my kitchen. We have power outages & fluctuations often so I wanted to protect some of my major small kitchen appliances. However, I can only fit 2 plus into it, even though it has 3 slots. Super frustrating. Then when I pull out one plug the entire thing comes out. It doesn’t stay seated in the outlet. Very frustrating.

Most trusted brand for surge protection

Tripp Lite comes highly regarded and usually the recommended brand in reviews. For a good reason! I have several of their power strips and rack mounted gear. This one is the perfect addition when you don’t need a full power strip and you want to protect 1-2 devices.

No longer has mounting screw!

The amazon product page and the manufacturer website both show this item as have a mounting screw. The item i received ( Part number was verified ) did not have a mounting screw, just a plastic peg for the lower outlet ground pin. The packing also did not show the mounting screw. This item appears to have been updated, but the photos have not been updated.

Awesome surge protector

I purchased this surge protector to use with my wife's dialysis machine. So far it has worked great, it seems to be of good quality and awesome price. Not only that she likes the 2 built in usb ports to charge her phone and tablet-Tripp Lite products are known for quality, we're very happy with this protector.

Me llego en tiempo y forma, el producto esta muy bien los materiales no son nada sencillos, eso si es un poco robusto si lo vas a conectar a una toma donde haya apagador, cumple con su función, los cargadores usb están fantásticos, el otro detalle seria que siempre permanece la luz verde encendida e ilumina bastante, pero de ahi en fuera es muy confiable y de buena calidad, una de las mejores marcas

Producto desechable, 1 año de vida

Funcionó correctamente durante un año, después simplemente dejó de hacerlo. La luz led "indicador" se apagó y ya. No cuenta con un fusible reemplazable, no tiene reparación. Por un poco más de su valor yo compraría un regulador más duradero.

Nice product, works well, good price.

Nice product, works well. The green light is very bright, so that I had to tape over it with black electrical tape to be able to sleep next to the unit! Also, this doesn't play well with Decora outlets, or, in fact, any outlet plate. However, if you want to simply insert it into the outlet without removing the wall plate, the screw in the middle does pop out.
