The most versatile beach chair in a long time

I really like this chair for its versatility. The 3 positions that this chair offers is exactly what I have been looking for, for a long time. One can finally really rest the arms on sturdy and flexible arm handles. It folds up easily, don't think complicated, just let it collapse into itself. Carry it by the handle provided in one of the armchairs. The flexible (open up cushion) serves as a great comfort as well. For once the cupholder does not interfere with resting your arm comfortably on the wooden arm handle.

the chair is good but i was really hoping i could find a zero gravity chair made light weight like this one . A zero gravity beach chair would be a good selling item this chair is good but could be a couple inches higher

A lot of thought went into this

Very comfortable. The leg rest is tricky. Instructions don't help. You have to pull it out at the socket to get the leg rest to go down. See, was that so hard? Jane likes to lie face down a lot to sun her back and likes to read while doing so at times, so the face cutout is great for her, and it lies completely flat, which is what she wanted. The reviews say it is not durable so we try to be very careful getting up and down so as to not break the legs. Only had it a month. It is pretty light for a lounge chair so maybe that is the trade-off in terms of durability. If they used a heavier gauged metal, it might be more durable but heavier and cost more. I'd rather it be more durable, and at this price, I'd pay an extra 20% for a chair that lasts twice as long. We have had good quality sand chairs that have last 15-20 years, but I'm not sure if this is going to be one of them.

A well made chair

This chair is good for sun bathing as it lays completely flat and has a place to place your head while on your stomach. My only issue is that when I place my head in the hole it feels like it will slide through and possibly choke me. So far that has not happened

A little disappointed

I have purchased several premium ostrich chairs over the years and replaced them as they got too rusty. This year, I thought that a would scale back with the less expensive option and then cannibalize parts from my older chairs to bring the new ones up to premium level. It sort of worked, but I hadn’t noticed the missing side pouch (which I like and use). The ones on my old chairs had corroded zippers that no longer work. And, the mounting screws were so rusted that I had to drill them out to get them off. So, not an easy project. But the one thing that I don’t like about the new chairs is that the folding bar that you extend to support your head when laying flat dangles loosely when the chair is folded up. This becomes a real pain when transporting the chairs to and from the beach. We use towel clips to hold it in place. But it is tighter and stays folded in place on all my other chairs. Bottom line, I still love my premium ostrich chairs, but don’t recommend the cheaper versions if you are already spoiled by the premium ones.

Product is great only draw back, needs shoulder straps t be carry as a backpack.. Beside that, I recommend

Very few complaints

Overall I love this chair. It feels not super sturdy, but I’ve never had an issue with tipping over or anything so it might just be in my head. The arm holes for when you’re laying on your back aren’t extremely comfy but they definitely serve their purpose! Mine didn’t come with instructions so I just had to play around with it and it’s pretty user friendly. I’ve used it around 5 times so far and I haven’t had a real issue once! If you’ve got the extra cash I’d recommend this to anyone!

Stitching tore on first vacation

On our first vacation with this chair and the third trip to the beach the stitching tore. Approximately 3 inches has torn away and it is no longer useful as it is on the main seating area. Thought I had a good quality chair paying the amount I did for it. Seems like I’m on my own to try and have it restitched due to the return window being closed. Not pleased with the chair or the return policy. Purchased early to make sure I had it for summer vacation.

LOVE this chair!

This chair is comfortable! Love the wide wooden arms. It is light weight and easy to carry. Absolutely LOVE this chair!
