The handle is great
This grabber is very long and it is great quality. My husband was especially impressed with the handle on it. It is very easy to use and the grabber on the end works great. We are very pleased with the quality and performance. Love the price as well.

Great for the most part
I'm a mobile electronics installer, so I use this almost every day to fish wires through tight spaces. I lent this one to my coworker and he got caught on something in a dash and ended up stretching the coiled part that houses the claws. He stretched it so badly I had to cut a section of it off to get it to work somewhat properly. It does drop some of the thicker wires, but it works.

When your in a poopy situation this is what you need
Easy to use. You can bend it forcefully and it doesnt break. Well it didnt for me. I had to create a 90 degree angle. See my wifes wedding ring went into the black tank on our camper. Two 45 degree angles and then a 90 degree turn was needed to get it back. Five days of pumping and sifting id had enough. But i was not allowed to stop. So poop hooooo i dove in again through the toilet. Rammed this in after trying to bend it. Stuck the camera in and low and behold not only did i finally see the ring but the grabber was right in front of it. Claws extended so carefully and grabbed on so tightly. Up past the entrence. Through turn 1. Then turn two. And into my gloved hand dropped a diamond in the poo. Or a diamond ring covered in poo. So if your in the crap this is the grabber you need

Great grabbers
I purchased this to grab a fuel filter that had fallen into the fuel tank of our tractor. Very flexible and good holding power when I locked on to the filter. Perfect length to reach the bottom of the tank and make the pick up.

Long but difficult to close.
This was the only grab tool that I could find that was longer than 3 feet without being crazy expensive. The construction of the tool is very nice and the reach is as advertised. The only thing that I feel I should talk about in a negative light is the claw detraction. The claws at the end will open when you hit the button on the other end, however unless the tool is almost perfectly straight they will NOT close back. This proved to make it a bit useless for my use as the first part of the pipe went straight forward before a sharp turn down. If you have a straight pipe to deal with this would likely work very well, for my use case though I wouldn't recommend it.

Great service but so-so product
I received the product early, and they informed me that they included expedited shipping for free. There was also a hand-written note on the shipping order about how much they valued doing business with customers which I thought was great! The product didn’t perform great, however. Full disclosure: I was probably trying to use it at angles that are at the edge of its ability but the prongs quickly began protruding less and less until they would not come out at all at any angle. This was all in a matter of minutes. ALSO, I did not try to return or get a refund but if their initial service was any indication then it would be a pain-free experience. Conclusion: great service, good for simply extending reach (ie behind appliances from above), bad for fishing stuff out of narrow and angled places (for me it was a nook under and behind my cabinets)

Versatile but no for my need
Got this tool to try to get some gook ut of the tub pipe. Unfortunately, it didn't make it into the pipe at all, so it was a big fail. However, a neighbor recently locked her keys in her car and was able to use the tool o unlock her door. Versatile, no?

Do not move in and out too fast the claw will get stuck. But work well otherwise.

Crap don’t buy!
Do not buy you will be very disappointed It broke the very first time I tested it I made the error of not checking the reviews on it and now I have to send it back for reimbursement I bought this particular model because it was long and seems a simple design boy I was wrong Amazon should not sell this item it not good.

Easy to Break.
The worst, broke after plunging the claw on the third push... a test push. Had not even got to use it. Poor design and construction. I would have paid more for something that was built better. If there is one out there.
