They made these even better.
I use these heavily for a hobby. They used to be smaller and have smooth purple dipped handles. Then they changed the handles to textured black. They were basically the same functionality wise. The latest ones I received have bigger/thicker handles. It makes them feel more solid. Somehow I think the nylon portions are flatter as well. They work great. The most problematic area for me is not the tips. It's the spring back feature. It's just two bent pieces of steel that play off each other. I use these pliers so much that one of the springs wears out and snaps. I don't like to use them after that because, they no longer spring open. If Beadalon could improve that part, I'd be even happier. The screws that hold the nylon tips aren't really great either. Overall I'm happy with these tools. I've tried lots of different brands and none have been better.

Beadalon Nylon Jaw Pliers
Beadalon makes good quality jewelry tools, and these are no exception. They're great for tempering and straightening wire. I use them often to straighten kinked wire and to temper and harden it. They are well-made and built to last. They come with an extra pair of nylon jaws which you'll eventually need, as wire scores them over time. Well-made; good product; fair price.

Great for working with wire.
These are great! So far I have used them for working with wire and they are great both for straightening and for holding the wire while working with it. I love that there are replacement jaws included. I also love that these jaws are more narrow than the typical nylon jaw tools. They can get into places the wider ones can't touch.

Work great!
These work just as they say they do. They are good for straightening wire and they are also great at wire wrapping wires and not leaving marks or indents on the wire like the metal ones do. Love them so far!

NO REPLACEMENT INSERTS INCLUDED!
I purchased these BECAUSE they “offered“ 2 replacement nylon inserts. I won’t even bother opening the package. I also purchased an additional set of replacement inserts & figured the 3 pairs would last me for life. But, since BEADALON can’t be trusted to deliver what they advertise, I’ll be returning the pliers & I’ll no longer need the additional replacement nylon inserts, so that merchant will lose a sale too. These will probably be passed off to some poor soul who can’t afford to return them & will settle for less. There’s far too many products on the market to accept this.

Pince à mâchoires de Beadelon
Déçue...j'ai commandé cette marque pour avoir un rechange de mâchoires en nylon comme indiqué dans la description et aucun rechange. Ce n'est pas conforme à la description donc c'est de la fausse représentation. Si j'avais su j'aurais commandé une autre marque. Je déconseille l'achat de ce produit.
