Amazing customer service from Whitmor

Whitmor has amazing customer service and will replace missing/damaged parts very quickly I received my shelf and it looked like someone at Amazon drove a forklift through the side of the box, then just put tape over the hole. Two shelves inside were damaged beyond repair, one was mangled so badly that there was a hole the side of a softball in the middle of the shelf portion. I contacted Whitmor through the customer service option (only available on a computer, not the app) and put in a request for 2 shelves, thinking they would probably want to just swap the whole unit- but the box was a disaster so I figured it was worth a shot. The customer service team reached out to me the very next morning to let me know the replacements were on their way. They arrived quickly and undamaged! It was hassle free and I couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate that they offer replacement parts, it’s so much better for the environment. I highly recommend this company and will purchase their products again

Sturdy & Well Made!

Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be this good. It's a fantastic unit and strong AF. Like, I'm pretty sure I could lay on it (DON’T DO THAT THOUGH OBVIOUSLY). One of the poles was wedged in one of the shelves pretty bad. I eventually got it out, but scuffed the paint. That's legit the only thing I have to complain about. These shelves are perfect. I'm definitely getting more.

Easy and Solid

Very easy to assemble. No complicated instructions or a thousand nuts bolts or screws. No extra tools needed. Everything is in the box. I bought three of these and had them all assembled in less than an hour. I was pleased with the quality of them and how sturdy they felt once completed.

Sturdy when assembled properly

Ordered this shelf and it's perfect for extra folded clothes storage. It would be nice if shelf poles had number increments but I figure it out fine.

Great Quality

Arrived super fast, excellent quality product. Would have given 5 stars if shelves arrived in better condition. I ordered 2 units, one arrived in original box inside a shippingg box, which was perfect, the other arrived in only its original box... and it looked like it was kicked around considerably. Some shelves had minor scratches, but did not merit returning.
