The perfect beach pillow

This pillow is amazing for the beach. I love going to the beach, but I hate carrying a big awkward chair. I’ve always loved just laying my blanket out, but my head and neck have always been the issue. Well, not anymore. This pillow makes laying on the beach so comfortable and enjoyable. Also, very easy to blow up and deflate. Side note: I take a towel To. to lay over the pillow. It just makes it a little more comfy/soft.

Perfect for my bathtub

The back wall of my bathtub is practically vertical, which makes sitting in it very uncomfortable. This pillow is perfect for lounging in the tub. It's comfortable, it dries quickly, I've never had an issue with mold or mildew, and I don't think I've even had to re-inflate it since buying it a year and a half ago. My only complaint is that it could be softer to the touch, but I just cover it with a hand towel to solve that problem.

Good for laying out

Bought this for when I lay in the sun on my stomach, and it does a good job and keeps you relatively cooler. But the height is probably a little more than I need, as far as your neck is concerned. If you turn your head either direction, it's a little more noticeable than if you're just looking straight ahead. Still, I'd rather have it than not, and I just don't inflate it all the way.

Purchased for lounging in tub

I purchased this so that I could be more comfortable laying in the bath tub. It does help a lot with relaxing my c-spine (neck). Other reviews talk about how the pillow is too buoyant. I have found that it is not so buoyant to lift a human body out of water. I will hold it in the position I want and then recline on it. As long as you’re not surfing in the USA, you’ll be fine. Honestly, you really can’t over think this.

Great Pillow, but not for backpacking

I bought this pillow to use while backpacking. I love backpacking, but I didn't like awakening with a stuffy head. I realized that the stuffiness came from a lack of the pillows I use at home. This inflatable wedge pillow elevates my head. However, even deflated it is rather large -- at least twice the size of a typical camp pillow. It is fairly heavy, and I'm not sure how I would store it in my backpack. This pillow is probably best when used at the beach or in a frontcountry campsite where portability is less of an issue. If it were better on the go, I would have ranked it higher.

This is a good Head size pillow for camping.

This was not what I expected but it was a very comfortable head pillow for possible camping. I originally bought it to support my knee after hip surgery. It was not high enough to elevate my knee. So I used it in my hammock and the airflow was nice on the back of my neck, so keeping it.

Fits well with a straight bathtub

I tried 2 other pillows before this one. This one finally worked if you have a bath tub that is straight. This pillow allows you to lay back comfortably and your neck or back not be straight up against the bathtub; But at an angle, and more comfortable. A note* if your pillow is straight and flat, that’s an indicator that your pillow will not give good support or lay back without sliding. Look for it to curve like this one and you are on the right track. Hope this helps.
