Not firm at all..

It’s not firm and though might be useful in some ways, it provides little to no support for lumber spine support. Better to wrap a towel tightly.

This item is NOT 21 inches in length.. ...

This item is NOT 21 inches in length...its only 18..so beware of the listing details on the description if you want a longer bolster....also the shape of the bolster was warped, and the filling inside was not constructed well at all..very lumpy...I dont think the quality of the bolster is well made at all. or worth the money.I have included a picture to show the lumpiness. The seller was able to work with me..so hopefully they change the description to the correct measurement as well.

Not a back bolster

Much smaller than I anticipated. Can’t really use it for yoga, but is nice for giving massage

No support whatsoever

I had hoped to use it during yoga class but it provided no support at all - sank right to the ground. Unless you are a very light person, it would be of no use whatsoever.

Smmall enought to fit perfectly behind my low back for yoga, in the car, or sleeping.
