Love the glass, hate the defect on ONE...

Love the design and feel of the glasses. One glass is chipped so I'd like to replace it without returning the whole thing. Cant find a way to contact customer service other than this.

Beautiful pattern

As many ithers have said, the pattern is lovely & on the inside of the glass. Upon arrival, I opened the box to inspect for breakage (it's a gift) & yes, like many others, only one glass broken. The company was gracious about the return & sending new. Definately a nice purchase. Bought for my son who's graduating college & moving out on his own. (Even my husbanf liked this pattern over a pattern w lines going around the glass.)

Looks different in person, but still beautiful

A very good buy, but review images carefully. PROS: +Sturdy. These glasses are pretty heavy. Much heavier than I expected. +Value. Incredible value for these! They feel expensive but are not. They look classy and have a heavy/sturdy feel to them. CONS: +Design. This is the only con I really found so far. The design is beautiful, however, the images in the listing do not really capture the true design. The product photos have visible triangles, and make the pattern seem more geometric than it really is. In reality, the design is more of wavy rectangles. I tried to capture this in the photos. Like I said, still beautiful. But if the geometric design is what drew you to them, they may not be for you.

Sturdy glasses with a stylish look

I just received these glasses. I was pleased to see that they arrived intact with no breakage. They seem very sturdy and I hope they will last a long time. The pattern is nice. My only concern is that children might have a hard time grasping them. They are big for younger hands. I will update later as to durability

Great glasses, but shipping not so much...

The glasses are great. Just heavy and sturdy enough. My only issue was with delivery. The package arrived "beat up" with a "heavy" sticker (but no "fragile" sticker). When I opened the box, 2 of the larger glasses were broken. Since, its only my son and myself in the home, I wasn't pressed to have them replaced.

Look great, are well made, and are easy to hold.

I have only had this product for one dishwasher cycle (upper rack) but they seem to be well made. They are not nearly as thick as my collection of pint beer glasses but I did not expect them to be. They have a very solid base which raises my confidence in them. They are very attractive. The wavy glass which creates the pattern is on the inside; the outside of the glasses are smooth. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to reverse that. Or to offer both options. I would opt for the texture to be on the outside of the glass. I am pleased with this purchase.

Ebreché au bout de quelques jour

Au bout de 3 passages en lave vaisselle la partie haute du verre s'est complètement comme dédoublée. Rendant son utilisation impossible et dangereuse ! De plus nous pensions faire les grands verres pour les adultes et les petits pour les enfants, hélas ils sont trop volumineux ! Nos enfants (5 et 7 ans) sont obligés de les prendre à deux mains car trop large de diamètre et trop lourd... Pas ravis de notre achat car pas durable !
