It cleans like magic

I assumed I was going to have to scrub or something. I also assumed I needed more than I did. Both of those assumptions were very wrong and after using too much on the first of four fireplace doors, I learned to use less of the product and just let it do its thing. I used to dread cleaning fireplace doors and now I'm going to clean them at the end of each season, and maybe in the middle of the season if they are getting dirty again.

It did help but didn’t get it all off

Iv used it twice now on my wood fireplace glass, it definitely helps but it left a lot of the fine stuff on the glass

10 stars, if I could!

VERY easy to use, and works well!! Other wood stove glass cleaners looked highly toxic and required gloves to use. This is non-toxic and works really well. I read the reviews that said to let it sit for 15 minutes (which I was willing to do since it was non-toxic, as long as it worked!), but this cleaned my glass immediately: spray on, wipe off!! Highly recommend.

Works ok

This does an ok job, unless the soot is heavier. I clean the glass everyday on my wood fireplace insert, and leave this product on for at least 10 minutes. It still does not remove everything and what it does remove needs to rubbed very hard. I tried another brand which has some silicon in it, seems to work a little better.

This is the first product I bought for cleaning the glass on my wood stove. I am so happy with the results

Fantastic when you let it sit

I finally figured out how to use this product effectively, and now I LOVE it! Initially, I was spraying on and then immediately - or within a few minutes - trying to clean off the glass. Don't bother. The trick is to spray liberally and the LET IT SIT. For 15-20+ minutes. Seriously. Then, and only then, the soot will EASILY wipe off with the wetted sponge. It may take a little more elbow grease and the scrubbing side of the sponge to get more thick areas off but you should be able to get them, too. (If not, find a stronger product.) Now that I have figured out this trick, my glass is clean in a few wipes. I clean often, but with the ease of cleaning after letting the product sit for several minutes, it is so easy to do!

Fireplace glass looks brand new again!

Bought a new home last year and the contractor didn't quite place the gas logs in the correct position (which causes a problem with soot with a vented gas fireplace) and I got a residual soot build up on the glass that was substantial before I realized what was causing it. I reset the logs correctly and cleaned the glass with another cleaner safe for fireplace glass, but it left a smokey film that I couldn't clean away. I ordered this and it cleaned my fireplace glass fantastic! Super easy to use and gentle. I applied using the included sponge, I let it stand for maybe 5 minutes before wiping down with the micro-fiber cloth and my fireplace glass is now beautifully streak-free and crystal clear! Thank you for a great product.

Doesn’t work wrll

I tried this brand instead of the original that I purchased when I got my woodstove. This does not melt away the soot like the other one. I waited too long to get a refund. Otherwise I would have returned it.
