Great product for sensitive skin, rashes, and a mix of oily and dry skin
I have very sensitive skin on my face and get rashes from the vast majority of facial cleansers, moisturizers, and makeup. This product has never caused me that problem, and in addition, it works extremely well. I have a mix of oily skin and dry skin, and this controls the oil without drying the rest of my face out too much. I've been using it for decades now and hope they continue to make it as-is, since I would have a very hard time replacing it if I ever needed to. On a side note, this pump bottle is the only one I've ever seen where you can actually finish the whole bottle through the pump. With every other product, I have to leave the bottle upside down, take the top off, and work to get the last dregs out, but this one just pumps until it's completely empty. It's really nice when something works that well!

Great foam, good clean, good morals
This is my favorite face wash. I used to buy it at the local organic store but they stopped stocking it, so I had to turn to Amazon. I don't love ordering it by mail with the extra "carbon footprint" but I can't find anything better. I love that the products are cruelty free and environmentally friendly. It lathers nicely and washes off well. I have sensitive skin and this cleanser treats me well.

BWC is my new go-to brand that can do no wrong
I have been using a small line of BWC products for a couple months now and feel like I can give them a real good review now. I chose this face wash because I am a newly converted cruelty-free product user with oily skin. I'm not really sure what A.H.A. 3% means for me but they recommended it for my skin type, so I went with it. The smell is very soft, and definitely not that overpowering essential oil smell you'd imagine (or at least I did). While I don't really have acne problems anymore, I do get the occasional pimple and could definitely say I believe this product has kept my breakouts at bay and when it hasn't, it has shortened the length of them. I've used this face wash daily before my BWC toner and then BWC face lotion with SPF and truly feel like I hit the jackpot. My skin has become so healthy looking and almost like a "glow" due to even skin tones, less redness, and overall complexion is just so wonderful. I wasn't sure if I would continue repurchasing these products since they're more expensive than drugstore options I usually go for, but I truly feel like it's worth it. BWC is my new go-to brand that can do no wrong

Not for my skin type but not bad either
I go back and forth with using and liking this face wash. I dont think it's a bad product but it's also not one I want to use everyday. I tend to use it on days I wear makeup, I wash my face first with this wash then my normal daily wash after. It has a interesting sent, not bad but not ahh so good either. It's a clear liquid wash feels smooth of the face, no tingling or exfoliating. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea quite badly on my cheeks (very red some what bumpy skin) I get break out easy. This wash didn't help my break outs but didn't seem to irritate the redness anymore then a normal wash will. It seems like it would be best for maybe mature skin that is dry/normal. Doesn't seem fit for oily/dirty pores or makeup wear removal. Sum it up it's nice feeling but I don't feel like my face is clean after using.

Great product, but a little too liquid-y
I've been having minor skin problems for the last year or so- mainly little breakouts on my forehead. I was lucky enough not to have had skin problems during my teen years/early 20s, so I was surprised when this happened at the age of 24. This face wash has cleared up my skin within a week! I had been using random face wash samples from other companies. I'm so glad I made the switch to this cleanser. My reason for four stars instead of five is that this cleanser is really, really thin. It slides off my hands every single time I use it. I hope that BWC will add some type of natural thickening agent to this in the future. This product is great for normal to oily skin. Again, the breakouts this cleared up for me were minor. I'm not sure how well this would work for anyone with more serious skin problems. I highly recommend this effective, cruelty free product.

Wonderful cleanser that has helped me rid my skin of milia
I have used many cleansers, both high end and department store brands, trying to get a good balance of clean but not stripped skin. This one hit all the marks. I have had milia on my face for over 15 years and without costly dermatologist solutions I have been unable to get it reduced. This cleanser has helped immensely in only a few weeks. It cleans well without drying out my skin. I love it!

Very drying new formula. Did not work for my sensitive skin like the earlier version.
I ordered this BWC cleanser expected it to be the same BWC formula I have used for many years with great success. I have sensitive skin. Unlike the cleanser I have used in the past, this version is drying and stings a bit. So disappointing. I will have to move on to a different brand.

So far so good, but nothing miraculous, yet.
I like this, it foams really nicely and smells nice, not too strong. I haven't noticed a different in my skin, but I've only been using this for one week. I'll update this review in a few weeks if anything changes. I must say that I'm breaking out just above my upper lip, which is strange, but I chalk it up to a new product and my skin going through the getting-used-to-something-new-phase as it usually does. My only problem with this, and I assume it's the AHA in the product, is that after washing and rinsing my face feels a bit tight and dry so I have to use a moisturizer. This in of itself isn't a problem, I've used moisturizers when using most cleansers. All I'm saying is it's probably not the best for dry skinned folks.

Amazing for all skin types!
First off, smells great. Nothing too over the top. I love how well this works! I have combination skin and it works great for me, also works for my sister who has dry skin so it's really great for all skin types. The AHA will help to clear up any blemishes you have and the shipping was pretty quick! Definitely going to be making this my go-to face soap.
