So disappointed

I am really disappointed. I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I am not rubbing or bumping it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I also recommend the brand because of the quality, however I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

Only diaper bag I have ever loved

I have had so many diaper bags and this is the only one I would recommend. Many backpacks diaper bags have good storage but things can get lost at the bottom. That does not happen with this bag since the whole front opens up. There are many pockets inside and out to help stay organized. I would for sure recommend for anyone who needs a large backpack with a lot of storage!

IN LOVE

This diaper has it all, multiple pockets, inside and out, so much storage space, and the perfect spot for the changing pad! The appearance of this diaper is to die for, I get so many compliments every time I go somewhere. The quality is amazing. But when it says “Boss Backpack” they mean it! It’s HUGE! I’m definitely going to buy the mini also because this one is more of a trips diaper bag, instead of a running to town for a few things diaper bag!

Just do it!

If you’re like me you’ve been debating this purchase for a long time. I finally went for it and I have absolutely no regrets! I’ve had 4 different diaper bags now and this one is the best yet!! The pockets allow me to stay super organized, it holds a ton and best of all it’s adorable. I love showing it off to everyone and I’ve had many people complement saying they wouldn’t know it was a diaper bag. Just do it you won’t regret it!

Love itzy ritzy but order somewhere else

The diaper bag is just as imagined..PERFECT. However, Amazon sent me one that had worn out leather around the edges which is very upsetting considering the price of itzy ritzy

Did not stand the test of time. Update: replaced.

I purchased the matching bottle cooler, pacifier case, wipe case, packing organizers, clutch and stroller caddy. The bag is easy to clean and I love how well this diaper bag is organized. However... I do not like that this bag was over $100 and the zipper has completely torn away from the fabric. I never overstuff the bag, It's only been used lightly (I never even put it in the bottom of our stroller). I've reached out to Itzy and I'm hoping they offer to repair or replace the bag. I will update once I've gotten a response. UPDATE: Itzy sent me a brand new bag. I sent in the old one and in a couple weeks the replacement came. 10/10 Stars. Love their customer service.

Expected better quality for the price

The pockets on the outside of this bag aren’t reliable so it’s pretty useless. It cost us $1,700 on our vacation! We lost our phone and damaged the iPad. If you bend down to pick something up, expect your phone to fall out because the magnetic pockets are super weak. It’s also not easy to clean. The zipper will get rough after a month so expect to fight with your bag as you’re closing it while and carrying a baby. Disappointed because I expected better quality for the price. The customer service at skiphop is a lot better and my old bag was less than half the price of this.

Super durable and worth the money

Best baby purchase by far. Worth every penny. Have had it for almost 2 years and not a single complaint. Extremely durable. No rips or markings on it. Comfortable and adjustable. Purchased a cheaper off brand diaper bag before buying this and it completely ripped and could not hold a large amount of stuff. Would highly recommend this one.

Needs more room for bottles.

I love how spacious this bag is. Lots of pockets for me to pack what’s needed for a toddler and newborn. The only thing I was disappointed in, is there isn’t a big space to pack bottles and formula in, that’s my only complaint. Aside from that it’s a beautiful bag!
