Not Made in the USA as stated in the product details.

I bought this unit thinking I would be getting a higher quality disposer with a lifetime warranty and made in the USA. It says in the details that the country of Origin is USA. I got the unit and installed it today and what did I find on the box and the unit? Made in China. So far it it quiet and was easy to install. In my opinion you are paying a lot more for the this unit in order for them to cover the lifetime warranty. Time will tell if this was worth it.

Great Price and Excellent Service

Just received my new garbage disposal and couldn't be happier with the price and service. Before I made the purchase I had a few pre sales questions and the vendor was polite, patient and prompt. As for the GD I have not yet installed it but the brand was highly recommended by my local plumbing supply, I had a great discussion with one of mountain plumbing's techs who reassured me I was considering a top notch product and with a lifetime warranty I felt I hit the trifecta with this purchase. If you dont see an update to this post (after we install and test out) take that as a sign that you can buy with confidence.

so far so good

I had to replace the exact model that came with my home. Not sure how old that unit was but it started leaking last year. Was wash to install by the plumber. I hope this one lasts for a very long time

Mountain Perfect Grinder 1 1/4 HP

This Mountain Perfect grinder/disposal is very quiet yet powerful. We live out in the country and needed to purchase one for a remodel; we are very pleased that our plumber recommended this disposal.
