smelled like cigarettes

The product is good for the price but it came with a terrible cigarette smell and after wiping the dumbbells down multiple times it still smells terrible. Right now I am sitting 5 feet away from the weights and I can still smell them. Makes using them very unappealing until the smell somehow goes away.

I gave them a 3 because of the horrible smell

It’s been over two months since I received my dumbbells and I haven’t been able to use them because they smell horrible ???? I placed them outside for a month but they still stink! I’m hoping that the smell subSides within time.

Ordered 2 20 lb (40 lb), got 1 15 and 1 20 lb instead

Outer box was intact, inner box was destroyed with messy tape up job, which is to be expected with something this heavy I guess. Weights themselves looked fine, but they sent me 1 15 lb weight and 1 20 lb weight, when I wanted two 20 lb weights EDIT: Also doesn't seem to be a way to contact customer support at all so I will be returning
