Bought a Terrible Rice Warmer

It is terrible. The rice gets stickier when it is inside. I only used it for a couple months and when I tried to get an exchange, the seller was rude and said if I didn’t want it I can return it. When I tried to return it, the seller said he will only return me 50% of the amount I paid for. Don’t buy this product. It is garbage. It’s not as good as the description says it is.
