LOVE! Easy to use! Durable!!

The media could not be loaded. I am very passionate about makeup. Therefore, I have tried tons of the different blending buds out there!!! These are by far the BEST!!! I don't know why I haven't been using these!!!!

So.. for all these years of wearing make up (talking 10+ years), I've been applying my foundation with my fingers/hands. I've tried a brush before but they always left streaks. Maybe I was using terrible brushes.. Anyways... I wanted to learn how to do a really awesome smokey eye on YouTube.com and ended up in a downward spiral of makeup tutorials and found that most of these women are using a beauty blender to apply their makeup.. So I thought, EH.. what the hell?! So I looked around and I liked this one the best because it's got two sizes (I also like the colors but that's not really a product detail to focus on), as well as the two different flat surfaces on them to help get in close to those hard to reach places like under your eye and in the corners of your nose. I HAVE TO SAY.. I've been doing things wrong all this time. My first day using these and my makeup is FLAWLESS. I mean, literally flawless. I'm astonished by the coverage, the dewy finish from the damp sponge mixing with the foundation. I am now able to blend my cream blush properly on my cheeks too! It hides my fine lines and doesn't soak up the product! My makeup game is FOREVER CHANGED. It doesn't look cakey, it goes on so smooth and you feel like you're barely wearing anything. This isn't the original beauty blender but I like the two for the price because one OG blender is about the same price as these. Also, I was in CVS the other day and they had the TINIEST beauty blenders and I thought they were adorable. Just throwing that in there LOL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. Would recommend.

Only complaint is packaging

These are great! They're firmer than my last beauty blender (blue in picture) so I think they will last longer. I always wash my blenders with soap after each use so I think it causes them to break down a little faster, but after using this for a while it doesn't have any signs of wear or tear! The only thing that I dislike is that there is still plastic that is a part of the packaging and that they came in a plastic bag (although I didn't even realize I was getting a 2-pack so it was partly a bonus for me). So if you're trying to avoid all plastic, you'll have to wait for them to upgrade their packaging!

You better work, girl! This the one!

If you currently use a brush for foundation — drop it toss it and buy this sponge! I’ve been using a flat foundation brush for years, but was looking to transition to see if it would make a difference — and I did not expect much from this set — but man, what a difference. I have oily skin and by the EOD my makeup looks worn even w setting powder. But when I use this, skin looks like skin / makeup pretty flawless for all day wear with shine.. and I will take it! I’ll take it over whatever I had before. I’m so impressed, even with the OG beauty blender I tried recently, this has more of a wow., effortless factor that is so affordable. I’m so glad I tried this out. I’ve only used the smaller sponge.. it cleans well and is soft to the touch. I know it’ll last with proper maintenance.

better. Seriously- I can't get over how well these ...

I will never be buying a beauty blender again. These work so. much. better. Seriously- I can't get over how well these blend out makeup! At first I was just using the bigger sponge, thinking I'd use the smaller one as a back up for travel, but because of the flatness of the tip, the smaller one is best for concealer- trust me on this. I'm not sure if the original BB has a patent or whatever on that pointed tip, and I will admit the flat edge of this sponge takes some getting used to- especially with the larger sponge, it doesn't get into the under eye area as well. Use the smaller one, simple as that. The material of these are so much better than the BB, you can feel how much softer these are and how the material blends makeup better! It's just smoother! In terms of "soaking up product" I think this is about the same as the BB, possibly a little less, but using a sponge that's to be expected. PLEASE- save yourself the coin and go with these! You'll be happy-and perfectly blended!

FAVE SPONGE

Love this, the larger sponge gets the job done so fast because of the large surface area. The smaller sponge provides more coverage if needed. Also the shape is amazing, one of the best cheaper sponges on the market! I'm seeing that a lot of people say that this sponge tears easily, and I will say I did experience that when I used the doctor bronners liquid soap to wash this, and it tore. However, when I wash the sponges with baby shampoo it doesn't do that and rather softens the sponge really nicely. Also it can be easier to tear the larger sponge since when it is dampened it expands quite a bit, and so when I squeeze out the water, my nails sometimes does dig into it, but it's partially my fault for having really long nails.

Fail Product!

I bought these beauty sponges because they're hyped on youtube and I usually like Eco Tools' brushes... However, I didn't like these sponges. They aren't as soft as the original Beauty Blender or the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge or even the Beauty Sponges from H&M... When I wet them a squeeze the excess water they're still quite hard. The foundation application isn't as good as it could be. I believe they soak more product than my other beauty sponges. For me it's a big fail and a total waste of my money.

The best sponge I've ever bought BUT it went mouldy and ripped in a month so a waste of money really

I initially gave this a great review and it is still the best sponge I've had however today when cleaning it I don't surface mould and the sponge had a rip in it which has never happened with any other sponge I've used in just a month. I feel like I've wasted my money now as I could have got 2 x real techniques sponges for the same price and they last much longer

Regret buying this sponge

Rather spend your money on a Beauty Blender or Real Techniques sponges as they work much better at blending foundation. my foundations tended to separate using this sponge...I bought it because the angles appealed to me, especially for under eye concealer, but I find that the concealer or foundation moves instead of packing and blending into skin. The Real Techniques has worked far better for me.

Waste of money

FAIL! I bought this I am trying to switch many thing as possible to a organic, non toxic, cruelty free amd environment frinedly, but those sponges are hard and are not near comparable with the Beauty Blender, the finish is patch and not at all smooth. Waste of money!!! I gave one star because I couldn’t leave a comment without giving at least one star.
