This doesn't completely powder the pills I bought it for, but it does a decent job of breaking them down.

The only one!

This is the only pill crusher I will use and I've tried many! The crusher is flat so it actually smashes the pill, not just minces it. It comes out in a nice powder.

Does not crush fine

I had a crusher that looked like this that crushed pills very fine. It came home with us from the hospital and lasted for several years before it started cracking around the top. I have been searching for another like that but this is definitely not it. I have to use the handle end of a table knife to finish crushing the pills to get them fine enough.

Fabulous pill crusher

I love this thing! My 13 year old dog has to take blood pressure meds twice a day. I tried mixing it in her food, cutting it and mixing it in her food, pull pockets and never had great success. With this I put her pill in and twist. So easy! Soon it's a fine powder and I mix it in her food and she is none the wiser. I wish I had bought this years ago. And the price is awesome. I would highly recommend it and in case mine ever gets lost (hope it doesn't) I would buy this exact same one again.

Does not work well

This Item broke the 1st time I used it. Wouldn't recommend for larger pills idk if it even work on smaller one such it broke on 1st try.

Better than the rest

Better than two other pill crushers we own. The container to hold pills is larger and the product is designed well so crushed medicine doesnt get caught in the threads.

I like the pill cutter and storage area plus it grinds it fine where I mix in my dogs food she doesn't realize it's in there.
