Cleans condenser coils for mini split

I have 5 mini split units and to have a tech clean all would be substantial. Decided to buy this and the kit to cover the unit to clean inside coils. Tried it out on two outdoor condensers. Wow! One isn't regularly used, one is, plus there was construction work on a nearby lot that sent lots of dust, cement dust etc into the air. The regularly used unit was dirty, the other one not as much. This cleaned the coils down to original in both units! Rinsed with a hose and the amount of dirt that came out was astonishing! Suspect it will do an excellent job on indoor part of units.

Constructive Communication Ignorance

Well then I guess the fine print, oops there wasn't any, sorry which states there was a separation of church & state failed to mention that Amazon does the packaging & all constructive comments must go to an obscure email/website. So whoever chooses to be responsible for not checking liquid containers are confirmed sealed properly & not laid on side to spill in transit may want to take time & enlighten their personnel how to safely package shipments. But seeing how y'all make efforts to enlighten of polite constructive comments feel like taking a sobriety test, walking a "perfect" line I guess y'all feel good in avoiding receiving helpful comments. Another reason I'm becoming disenchanted with your faltering standards. Have a good day & enjoy your blinders. Y'all look good passing the blame in your myopic vision virtual reality.

Quality coil cleaner that does not break the bank.

I used this product 1 year after cleaning with Mr. Frost foaming cleaner and this product got the "fuzzy" Train coil significantly cleaner than the foaming cleaner. Putting this product in a pump sprayer was easier application than foaming cleaner. Following the manufacturer directions results in a very good cleaning. For the evaporator coil (no rinsing required) AC condensate went from clear to black for quite a while while the condensate rinsed away all of the dirt and grime that this stuff loosened. Cleaning my neighbor's condenser coil (professially cleaned in the spring) made a huge difference in AC cycle time.

Did a great job of cleaning a/c coils

Using the product was fairly simple. I used a hose end sprayer which mixed the product while spraying. At the same time, the spray did a great job of cleaning the outdoor unit coils with no excess pressure which could possibly damage coils or cooling fins. This unit had been in service for approximately five years and this was the first time the coils were cleaned. Coils that appeared nearly clogged before beginning the cleaning process are now clean and clear of buildup.

Expensive but made cleaning our handler coils SO much easier and safer (less risk of damaging coils than other methods).

Decent product

I've tried multiple AC cleaners and this is one of the best so far. The cleaning power is no different than the other ones I have tried and the chemical odor is far less intense. I only wish the product was more concentrated to allow a higher dilution ratio. Price was fair at the moment of purchase.

Strength is not outstanding

I use it to clean old air conditioner. I applied three time. It can only help to dissolve dust.

Works great!

Our AC fins were very dirty before we used this product. Keeping the unit clean will help us get more years out of our unit.
