Only 2 days, but I love this thing

On,y had it 2 days. Used it 6 hrs each day, on couch, MBPro M1 14”, 3.5 lbs. seems strong to me, I can’t imagine it breaking unless I dropped it, which I won’t. Love the weight, easy to put up onto a shelf next to couch. I had a $60 clunky heavy Huano thing that was impossible to maneuver on a couch or chair. Love the way this folds up, appreciate the grip strip on the inside of laptop stop which also folds flat. Love the adjustable angles, I’ve found a position that where I can lay back and type w/o neck strain. Love the dimensions, easier to fit on lap, put aside, fit into a narrow storage space. Beanbag pillows are comfortable, have good grip, deaisk doesn’t move around. If this desk suddenly falls apart I will come back to update but for me, and the way I use things, this desk is great. And for $9.xx?? I’m going to buy 2 more just for GP. Winner!

Just what I needed!

Love this lightweight portable lap desk! My iPad sits comfortably on the pull-out ledge and I can adjust the degree of slant depending on where/how I'm sitting. The support pads underneath are similar to beanbags and so adjust and provide stability. This is not a heavy duty lap desk but it is perfect for holding an iPad or book for reading.

The only downside is the pad is slippery so I got myself rubber adhesive and add it onto the pad so the laptop wouldn’t slide

Does the job

It's a very simple product. The cushions underneath are decent, and it's easy to adjust the height of the incline. It's not a nonslip surface so the piece that folds up prevents the laptop from sliding. It's lightweight but I don't feel like it'll break with normal use. My only issue is that that piece is hard plastic, like the rest of it, and at some angles, it rubs against my hand as I'm using my laptop and causes pain. I did notice after I bought this one that there's another product by this company that seems to have a small padded cushion to hold the laptop and act as wrist support, I think that would be better. Suggestion: it'd be nice to have something that snaps lightly into place in the back to prevent it from moving when I shift, but it's not a huge issue.

Bottom comfortable but ledge is not

The cushion for lap support is good. Just the placement of the non slip ledge based on where your mouse pad may be on your laptop, can make it uncomfortable. It starts to hurt my left wrist so I'm trying turning the item around. This will suffice unless you want to elevate and/or use the stand.

Great little table

Does what it says. Works well, and is relatively sturdy. Love the positioning capability for the angle. Comfy on the lap with the padding for the knees. Nice not to have a hot laptop on my legs. The plastic seems to dissipate the heat fairly well and my laptop didn't seem overly warm which was nice.

Very comfy laptop tray

I use a 15.6 inch Lenovo laptop (14x10 inches) which have similar dimensions to this laptop tray. I find this tray to be very comfortable while using on your lap. The cushions are very soft yet the top desk is sturdy enough for typing. Laptop does not shift or move while using this tray. I also use this tray being placed on the bed to watch movies and shows. This is excellent to use as your laptop's air intake and exhaust is not being restricted or blocked. Adjustments are sturdy enough if you wish to angle your laptop. I would recommend.

Came scratched

This lap desk is exactly what I was looking to gift my partner and I think they're gonna love it a lot, but that said I can't give this to them anymore since it's so evidently scratched. The box it arrived in looked fine, so this was already damaged pre-packaging, which is even more upsetting. The return process is also very complicated, so I'm probably not going to go through with it and I'll try to cover them with stickers or something. I'm still going to contact the seller just in case I can get some help before I go the stickers route (will update if I get or don't get help). That said, as long as not damaged it's a really good product.

A staple of my life now?

I purchased this lap desk in the onset of the pandemic. My other lap desk was falling apart and I was looking for something adjustable. This one was decently reviewed, reasonably priced, and seemed to fit the bill. It arrived quickly, and I was set for more comfortable remote work. Looking over my recent Amazon purchases, it struck me how much this desk has quietly become a permanent presence in my everyday life working from home. I can't give a better recommendation other than saying that I honestly forget it exists most of the time. It just does the job I need it to - to help me do my job. PROS: - Comfy (doesn't burn a hole in my lap). - Lightweight and mobile, following me from bed to couch to office. - Breathable for my beastly, overworked laptop. - Adjusts in all the ways my stressed out shoulders need. - Great deal for the price, and arrived on time. CONS: - A tad flimsy / unstable in the higher adjustable positions. - Could be a bit wider to allow for resting your wrists / elbows. TL;DR - I guess this lap desk has metaphorically replaced my co-workers?
