This egg consumes too much energy

I’ve got the bullet model and it’s nice but I do miss the twin bullet they once offered. So I saw this one and thought I’d try it. WTF? It’s not a bullet but an egg. I like the newer battery compartment but the need for three batteries and they don’t last? That’s messed up. I cannot have a cheap partner that gives up before my home run! I’ll just go real cheap and put duct tape on the smaller bullet battery compartment. Sometimes smaller is better!!

Love/hate, yet codependent relationship

Look y’all I have no idea what it is about this little bullet but let me tell you, it gets the job done and then some! It’s hard (ha) to explain but after using this guy it almost makes other vibrating toys seem really weak and inefficient. It has a slow, strong, and steady vibe and I absolutely love it. HOWEVER, I’ve had to replace mine four times and my last one is in fact on its way out. They always seem to short out where the wire connects to the bullet. Every one, same thing. One I had two days before it conked out, another almost a month, with daily or every other day use. I mean when you’re using something like that it’s not exactly as if you’re going to be extra cautious and make the little guy where a helmet and knee pads but it’s not like I take him out back and play tennis with him. Some more (anymore!) durability would be appreciated. I’m thinking if I could make it to where the cord connects in each end were to stay stationary it might fix the issue?

A great steady medium to high speed vibrator, and super replacement for the Xtreme Kit...

We owned theCalifornia Exotics Xtreme Kit Multi-Function Bullets for over 9 years and the bullets finally gave out. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the same item, which did its job well, so the search began for a replacement. Since owning a few different California Exotics products through our lifetime, we decided that we would just begin by looking at those branded products and we came across this Colt. While reading some of the various reviews for this item it became clear that this would probably be a good purchase, as the complaints for this were primarily about it being too fast and strong, but is something that we were looking for. The size of the bullet with the Colt Turbo Bullet is definitely larger than either of the bullets with the Xtreme; however, it's still able to be held between a couple of fingers and the thumb. This Colt bullet is definitely more powerful than the Xtreme, which is a good thing, and only needed to put the Colt's speed to just above halfway to reach a similar strength from the Xtreme at full speed. The Colt made it easier to obtain the desired results, since it was just above half and allowed us to set a more precise speed. As a side note, the Xtreme was only used on the steady vibration setting at the highest speed, which is what we are comparing to the Colt. If you are looking for a vibrator that has different intermittent vibration settings, the Colt is not able to do that. If you are looking for a good quality medium to high vibrator, then the Colt Turbo Bullet is definitely a pleasurable purchase. POWERFUL

These things rock. Tried em all. These are by far the best available. Wired mine up to a variable power supply. Will run at least an hour at 6 volts. But will get hot. Designed to run off 3 AAA batteries @ 4.5 volts. But when you hit it with 5 then 6 . Look out. Unbelievable power. A must have. You will not be disappointed. If your crafty enough. Take the shell apart, remove the rubber grommet. Un-solder the connection. Make a bigger hole in the end to accept a heavier gauge wire. (I used 8 gauge speaker wire) Soldier back in place and seal the hole back up with epoxy to prevent wires from being pulled off of terminals and to keep moisture out. It will last a very long time but gets a little louder the more you use it. I'll try and post some pics. In the near future. Best buy for your money. The power supply can be purchased on Amazon for about 20 bucks. It can be split up to run two of these baby's at the same time. Holy crap. Get ready for an incredible experience.

The Bullet is Large

I like the Colt brand, so I decided to give this a try. I can’t say much for durability as I just received it a couple weeks ago, but I will note that the “bullet” is large. I’m not a toy expert, but I feel like this should be considered an egg, not a bullet. The motor seems good, the variation of vibrations isn’t as broad as I was hoping though. It’s powerful, but the dial goes from medium-high to high, and that’s about it. I prefer a wide range beginning with low, medium, high, etc. For the price, it’s not bad. I’d definitely prefer a bullet that’s a bit smaller though.

Power cord Failure!

It quit working in under 20 minutes! The cord gets twisted and their is no way to prevent it from doing so. The connection inside the egg must have come loose due to the cord twisting or their is a break in the wire within the cord. The egg can not be taken apart without damaging it to repair. Its Trash!

Worth persevering with

This is the second of these machines that I've bought - as the other reviewers have pointed out, it is very effective but not very reliable. It is, however, serviceable to a certain degree. It can also be hacked to increase the variety of sensations. On a voltage of 3V rather than 4.5, it gives a slower vibration but with great amplitude, which can be useful. I get the best of both worlds by soldering in a small variable-voltage mains pack across the battery terminals: the unit can then be run on 3V, the designed 4.5V, and if you're not worried by overheating, 6V or more. This also saves a lot of money on batteries. Sometimes I've found it rather hard to hold the head properly, but the case is quite thick and will take a 2mm deep 'thumb groove' each side which you can put on using a half-round file. When the unit stops owing to cable failure, it is possible to dismantle the head and fit a new cable. If you examine the head carefully, you will detect a crack which follows the curves of the body serrations, and using a blunt knife you can bisect the head, solder in the new cable and glue the assembly back up again. The more serious failure, however occurs when the control melts owing to constant overheating. Regrettably at this point, replacement is the only practical solution.

Best bullet ever!

This is my favourite sex toy, and I use it pretty much every day. The vibrations are very strong and the bullet is a good size. Definitely recommend not applying directly to the clitoris, at least not until you're sure of what the vibrations are like. I do notice that I have to replace them approximately yearly because they wear out - but as far as I'm concerned, they're not expensive, and great orgasms are worth it!

Habe hier das erste Mal so ein Produkt bestellt. Werde mich in Zukunft wieder dem Fachhandel widmen für solche Anliegen. Das Produkt ist nicht wie angezeigt wasserdicht. Dafür hat es eine so enorme Power, daß einem die Hand vom Halten nach kürzester Zeit wehtut bzw. taub wird. Für den eigentlichen Zweck nicht geeignet. Zumindest für eine Frau nicht. Es ist sehr groß, die Vibration zu stark. Die Regulierung ist nicht fließend und geht schlecht. Nichts für so empfindsame Körperbereiche... Power sollte es ja haben aber nicht so extrem dass es schmerzt ... wie gesagt: wenn sogar schon die Hand taub wird - kann etwas nicht stimmen... unfassbar schlecht.
