I’m not sure.

Obviously, I have no way to confirm if it’s correct on my bac #, but it always knows when I’ve drank alcohol. Out of curiosity (not before driving) I like to have a drink and test my BAC to see what I have. And I have noticed that you should only test once every few minutes or more, because the device can become “saturated” and your measurement will keep increasing. So wait a decent amount of time before a second test.

difficult to open battery cover

i haven't used the breathalyzer yet but i had a lot of trouble getting the battery cover to slide open. i had to use one of those gripper things that you use to open a stuck jar. took a while but it finally popped open! excited to try it finally.

Handy for partiers

Had some fun using this at a girls night. Definitely helped keep everyone under the legal limit heading back home. Not quite sure how accurate it is but it did seem to correlate with how tipsy/sober we were feeling. Only thing would be that it comes with a few mouth pieces and I’m not sure where I can get more.

easy to use, but stopped working after 2 weeks

This product worked really well for the first 2 weeks, then provided really inconsistent readings before it stopped working all together - would show 0.00 when the person using had recently consumed alcohol. I would not rely on this product before driving.

Accurate

Recommended by a friend. Couldn't get the battery cover off for the life of me. Needed up using a micro flathead screwdriver and it popped right off.

Bunch my coworkers bought them to play around with. Honest opinion they 50% accurate, but really not sure. Just don’t drink anything 30 min before testing. More of something to have fun with than really relying on it for safe driving. One had a single drink and blew way past legal limit. I’d say it’s more for fun than reality.

Safety first when drinking and considering driving

This product provides a very solid assumption of your intoxication. You should never attempt to drive if you feel unsure. Using this product with keep you in the legal limit and prevent life changing circumstances. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE.

Not accurate results

It was working fine for a week and now the BAC numbers I’m getting are not accurate how can I drink 90% of a 750ml bottle of rum punch in 1.5 hours and have a BAC of 0 every time I do the test. I feel some level of intoxication probably 0.05-0.07 but it’s showing me zero and I did the proper test procedure.

Good product for price

I think the product reads slightly low which is not ideal if you are using it for driving purposes. However, it is consisent only when you follow the rule of waiting 20 full minutes after eating or drinking anything. If you do not follow this then it will not be consistent.

easy to use and quite accurate measurement

Good value for money. I use this breathalyzer to test the alcohol consumption of my son, who was a responsible young adult and turned into a different person when he started using drugs and alcohol. It's easy to use, easy to clean, long-lasting battery, and quite accurate.

Good little breathalizer

Bought this for my Stepdaughter. Works great, small size is perfect for keeping it in cabinet for when needed. Accurate as a guide to make a judgment on driveaability.

Stopped working after a few days

Loved it while it worked, everyone wanted to use it. It was a fun thing and a tell for people, however it stopped working after about a week. I don’t like buying things so I was super disappointed that I spent money and this stopped working. It took maybe 10 breaths tops. Never written a review I just was so disappointed.
