Nice quality

Bought these for a racoon capture. Thankfully he moved on, so I never got to use them. However they are great quality and would do the job. Now I have them at the ready if he comes back.

Very very nice fireplace gloves

They are very sturdy, like a thick rough suede. Inside it's like that too, which is perfect to open my fireplace. I love the rustic colors. The size is great for a woman or man, to put on quickly. I imagine they are suitable for welding, but I purchased them for our fireplace. Very happy purchase. I gave them a four for comfort, because they aren't lined with fur or something, if one is looking for that. Amazon is doing an amazing job at Shipping the ????, just hopefully not at the expense of the workers. Workers unite, A.

Get much hotter faster than old gloves they replaced

These gloves get much hotter significantly faster than old gloves they replaced. I have a fireplace and was using an older pair of gloves that had to be every bit of 15-20 years old (although were not used much until 10 years ago). The stitching on the index finger of the old glove gave out. For safety reasons, I needed a new pair of gloves fast. I ordered a pair of these, which I liked the long gauntlet sleeve to protect my forearm from anymore burns. I just used them for the first time, and was shocked how much faster heat transferred through this glove compared to the old glove. I quickly moved a log on a fire I just lit, where the blower fan hasn't even kicked on yet, and the heat instantly went through the glove - not enough to burn, but it was very warm very fast. I do not foresee these lasting long at all, and question if these will be even be safe over the long term. I guess I got typical 2021 Amazon quality.

Perfect for fireplace or grill

The media could not be loaded. So I thought I was recording when I moved the burning logs to put the fresh log on. I never hit start! So I hit start and reached back in to grab burning coles lol! These gloves are perfect for the fireplace. You can of course feel a little bit of warmth when grabbing a burning log but no burning. The gloves do not burn through either. I wouldn't suggest them for anything where long periods of high heat would be applied but if you're looking for fire place or grill gloves then these are perfect!

Baby squirrel couldn't bite through them

These gloves are great and what I needed in order to help a baby squirrel. The only issue is that the wrist area is so big. I feel that it might slip off too easily. This is the case with almost all of the gloves out there, so this product is definitely not the only one with a large wrist area. I don't have any bruises or issues so they did the job!

Fire resistant!

Super resistant to heat/ fire. I wear these gloves when arranging logs in the fireplace and (short of holding my hand directly to the flames) I can safely grab a burning log and move it around. For all practical purposes, these gloves have proved excellent for the job. It's their second fireplace season so far; looks like they will last a lot more.

Perfect Replacement Fireplace Gloves

Got these gloves to replace a different pair that I’d had for 15+ years. They are comfortable and appear to be well made. I use them primarily to move firewood but have also used them to reposition logs in the fireplace. Pleasantly surprised by the price.

Excelentes para la parrilla

Compre estos guantes para la parrilla puesto que los que encontraba en cualquier supermercado no cumplian mis expectativas, estos sin embargo las superaron. Comodos, de piel y bastante protectores, Definitivamente comprare otros.

Buen material.

Resistentes. Los utilice para mover leña encendida en la hoguera. Se siente poco el calor obviamente pero te permite manipular objetos calientes sin problema.
