Parts shiny like a new penny

1/4 inch is not 1/4 inch

Like other reviewer, I ordered 1/4" but received 3/8". This is sealed package, likely from the maker. Number on the bag matches Amazon listing, but the fittings inside are 3/8".

Bought for Unorthodoxed Purpose

We have a newer dishwasher and we clean the filter regularly, but the dishes still often came out smelling like wet dog. Sometimes they even smelled after running it with bleach! I read that putting a copper coupling in the dishwasher can help prevent this from happening. I was skeptical that it would work, but it actually does!

wrong description

The description is incorrect- this is actually 1/2" x 1 1/2" So I was shipped the wrong item and now cant return it and get a refund.
