Got the wrong size?

Good in soothing sore areas. It is a bit cumbersome for me to wrap around my elbow, maybe I ordered the wrong size.

Flexible but so-so impact

Wraps around knees or arms well with good velcro strap. But doesn't absorb either heat or cold adequately.

works great for what I bought it for

My son has multiple medical problems and has to get his blood work drawn, A LOT. The lab has a hard time drawing his blood. After being stuck 6 times in one sitting, his doctor suggested wrapping something warm around his arm. I bought these and it worked perfectly. They get his blood on first stick.

Great but the smell

It's so versatile....elbows. knees, Ankles, feet etc.....feels so soft. Heats fast but but but....omg the smell......like cooked cabbage..... It will stink up your microwave. Your home......my word ....u will have to open a window if u choose to use as a heat wrap

Warm pack aid

I needed a small wrap to treat a blood clot in my upper arm. I searched Amazon and finally found one that would be a good size. It heats quickly in the microwave which was great since I had to use it 3 times a day. It was a little awkward to use since I had to put it on a hard surface to wrap around my own arm. The double Velcro straps helped getting it adjusted. The pack of 2 made it a good value.

Perfect Heat Therapy Wraps

I'd purchased some wrist wraps for an injury and was trying to use those on my upper arm, shoulder while recovering from shoulder replacement; however, they were too small. Tried a couple of other items which were returned as they didn't work. This is a 2 Pack - perfect. I can heat both in the microwave and use one unfolded for the shoulder and keep the other one 'wrapped' to the perfect circumference of my upper arm and slip it on. Has been a major game changer. Highly recommend for injuries/surgery recovery. Would probably work on legs/knees.

Sufficient

I’ve only used hot, for my thumbs and wrists. I was able to wrap it side by side to get both my thumb and inner wrist. I considered glove type hot packs, but wanted my fingers free for the tv remote and such. Not too heavy. They are a bit finicky to heat long enough to stay therapeutically hot for 15 minutes, but not be too hot to apply straight out of the microwave. The same 1 minute time can have variable results, even when I rotate them in the microwave to heat evenly. A bit oddly smelling, like dried peas, but doesn’t linger too badly. Nicely sized for hands/wrists, good price, and sufficient for my needs though. Velcro works well enough but I don’t expect these to last too long. They definitely don’t stay hot long term, but my hand therapist said to only use for 15 minutes at a time to avoid swelling, so them cooling off serves as a timer.

Amazing a must buy

The bed buddy is a joint wrap. Or any where it can fit on your body if you have pain. You can have it hot or cold. It's weighted which helps with the joint pain. I where it out. And people ask me about it . And where they can buy it. I tell them Amazon. 2 people already order it. And the straps stretched to fit. I LOVE IT

Works good.

Helped with my pain using it as cold therapy. It would help if the design had some sort of hook so that it doesn't loosen up when I try to wrap around my arm using the velcro. I can't tighten it enough unless I ask someone else to help me.
