Oh my goodness. Where to start?? I bought this item last week and I got it on April 14. I have been using it since April 14. Every 3 hours I use it for less 1 min. Like 60 counts. My thighs has been so firm :) love it! I’m so happy I bought it. I do not have any trouble using it.

Easy to assemble....but not comfortable to use.
I like that you can rotate the pads at an angle, it was easy to put together and the price was good. I dislike the posed photos that make it appear those are sensible, easy exercises, when they're really not. Also, the design is not comfortable at all between your thighs. It's not non-slip, you have to hold the middle piece for most of the exercises and if you're not careful, your finger can get pinched.
