Good Velcro
We used this in our truck cap top to adhere the black-out curtains to the inside. The scratchy side of the velcro adhered very well to the fabric curtains for out 8 day camping trip. We have a bed built in the truck bed to sleep in. We will not sleep in a tent due to racoons and bears. I do plan on using the sewing machine to sew the velcro onto the curtains for long term. It did get into the 80's and the velcro did start pulling off of the fiberglass top, but it seems to be adhereing better now. We might use some additional glue on it. We had the curtains rolled up and the truck cap was getting warm inside. We then kept the black-out curtains down and it helped to keep the truck cap cool. I do recommend this industrial strength velcro. It is not returnable, just be aware of this. I bought an extra box and I did not know how much I would need to the truck cap curtain project.

Sticks well
I bought this only for the hook side. I like collecting patches, but a lot of them were made to be ironed on or have no backing at all. Velcro's hook tape is super adhesive and holds well after applying pressure. It's not difficult to cut to size with a pair of office scissors either.

Works great!
This stuff is really good. I used it to hold down some heavy type of electronics and it’s stuck well to the plastic on the electronics and some metal plating. Everything I’ve used in the past would stick to one thing or the other, would be difficult to cut, etc. but this stuff is really easy to cut and use. Highly recommend

Heavy duty
Used it to secure our floor vents that our curious toddler like to play with. Gotta say these things are easy to install and stick really well. Exactly as advertised and would recommend!

It's Velcro
It's Velcro(tm). It works. I have used other brands that were substandard when it came to sticking well (on the hook and loop interface). This does not have that problem.

Works
Not much to say. The velcro works just fine. Strong. Easy to stick to surfaces and then stick together. The backing isn't so easy to take off though and that's a little frustrating. So far what I've used it for has held strongly. Can cut them to fit.

Sturdy
Read the instructions! Clean the surface you want to stick it on, let the surface dry completely. Stick on one side of the Velcro and let it set for a few minutes before hanging anything on it. I tried hanging a picture on it right away and it fell off. So I tried again actually following the instructions and it worked perfectly. Good stuff

The Best Money Can Get ! ( WITH TIPS )
I've bought yet another box of this 2" industrial Velcro as I cannot get enough of this stuff. I came across this a few years back and I've used this Velcro countless times to mount objects where nothing else would work. Things overhead, objects against a wall, carpet surfaces to keep flat, bins and totes is the kids rec room among other numerous uses. In many of my reviews I try to have fun and this is no different. I decided to try some dumbbells with this Velcro and put it up to my own test. I cut out 2" x 2" squares and affixed them against the dumbbells and finally against my basement freezer. Each dumbbell is a full 5 pounds in weight so I've got 15 pounds total to play with. This experiment was left alone for a while and when I returned, still there as placed ! I couldn't even see any change from the Velcro letting go, the dumbbells sliding down...no change whatsoever. The first set of Velcro strips against the freezer are holding 15 POUNDS IN TOTAL WEIGHT… ! The contact surface area against the first dumbbell is only 1.5” x 1.5” so those two Velcro contact points are again holding 15 pounds in total weight ! In using this stuff for years, it still amazes me to this day by it’s quality. I grabbed some pictures for all to see. TIP ► When using anything such as this, with adhesive backing that is nice and sticky...compression of the adhesive against the object is KEY. Whenever I use these types of adhesives ( also with 2 sided tapes ) I compress this adhesive against the object in this case the freezer and each dumbbell for approximately 20-30 seconds. With that I'm good to go. The manufacturer does state 24 hours for this adhesive to achieve full strength. TIP ► Please don't use this on fabrics. I've tried myself as tests in the past, while it can work at times in my experiments the manufacturer itself states this is not recommended for fabrics ! Holy cow Batman - this is strong stuff !! You want something to stick, something to adhere, something to secure this will most definitely work for you just as it has for me. ===================== Overall Rating 5/5 Adhesion 10/5 ! it doesn't stick, cheap dollarstore velco performs better
Beware, you can't return this product, this is red flag to begin with. There was no indication at the time of purchase I couldn't return the product. When an item is not plausible, I rely Prime/return policy. Forget about holding a hammer, it can't even hold light stuff. There is definitely a manufacturing issue, the velco doesn't perform close to cheap velco from dollar store. Unfortunately, I will buy my Velco from Home Depot to see what I'm getting and if it doesn't work I can return, The similiar issue happened to me with LED lights. We need to see honest reviews in order to not to waste efforts and manufacturing correct mistakes, in polite words significantly underperforming products from the noted from the product description. Cotton part way to loose not designed to work with the other side. It is either quality issue or design issue.

Good adhesion under the right conditions
I always feel like Velcro and what it can do is being oversold. This product, while its better than standard Velcro, its not capable of the claims. 15lbs is a stretch of a claim and there is no way I'd use it to hang a shovel or use it outdoors. I've used it outdoors on a clean smooth surface and I adhered it above 20c and the stuff falls off after a while with minimal weight applied. I also used it on my wheel chair seat cushion which has a hard under side. I'm pushing down on it constantly sitting on the seat and when I go to pull the cushion off to fold my chair the velcro comes unstuck. I feel like they need to improve this product from the "its OK and better than most Velcro on the market" to "OMG this is hands down amazing" maybe talk to 3M about a better adhesive eh?

The name and description nothing matches to the product
This product is nothing as I thought it would be as I have used strong Velcro in my life. I have also used strong adhesive products and thought this product would solve my problem. It seems all the 5 star reviews are fake as there cannot be 9k people who like this scotch tape level adhesion and 2$ velcro holding power. I have seen better velcro in those rolled mattresses and I can call it "Industrial Level". This product is simply waste of money! Sorry!
