A little short

I have a 4 year old at 46in so I bought accordingly to his usual size. The jacket seems a bit short. He holds his arms up and his tummy is exposed. But still works well for a school uniform. He likes it so I don’t mind it.

Great Jacket for uniform

Honestly, I have been looking for Maroon anything for the past couple of weeks. My kid started at a school that requires ONLY maroon polos, sweaters and jackets. Finally I found this one and bought it asap. It arrived fast and is a great jacket for those chilly autumn mornings while we wait for the bus. Sizeing wise, my kid is 6 and jumps between sizes 6 and 7. Since its listed for boys i sized down and got the 5/6. It fit her perfectly and has enough room to layer with a long sleeve comfortably. But with a sweater under it would be tight. I'll come back and edit to review the durability of the jacket. But for now its a 10/10.

Great Material

My 9 y.o son is a husky size 14/16 a little lose fit. This fit him perfectly. He loves how it keeps him warm while outside on chilly days and in warm in classrooms. Material is great and durable.. hoping this will last him for a few years if he still fits it!

Great jacket! Wrong size chart!

Honestly, this is a wonderful jacket! It has a nice, soft cotton/fleece lining, and it is a good windbreaker on the outside. I also love that the outside pockets zip shut, but the pockets aren't lined for keeping hands warm. Also, the zipper may get stuck in the material if the wearer isn't a bit careful. There is a right pocket on the inside, too, but it has a Velcro closure. There aren't any strings for the hood, but there is a bit of elastic on the top/front of the hood that will do well at keeping the hood on, even on a windy day. Also, the hood is lined so those little ears can stay warm, if necessary. i think the front zipper is just fine...not a heavy-duty type, but it isn't poor quality either. My biggest frustration is that the size chart didn't match up with the actual size of the jackets. Based on the size chart, I ordered an XL for my 7YO son who is average for his age (he wears size 7 clothes). When it arrived, the tag read XL (18-20), and it hung off my son as if he were a toddler trying to wear two sizes too big. So, I ordered a M (10-12), and it fits him perfectly. I will order this same jacket in the future, but it was a hassle to have to order twice and wait in between when Michigan's spring weather is upon us--not warm enough to go without a jacket yet too warm for a winter coat.

Loved this Jacket & the Price...Just Right!!

Bought this for my 4yr old grandson. .who's starting Pre-K this Fall. He has to wear Uniforms at his School. I searched all over the Web & in Stores, trying to find him a Fall Uniform jacket. Either they didn't hv his size or didn't have them at all. Thats when I said I would try Amazon.com..& I'm so glad I did. I ordered him the Navy color..& I liked it so much...until I re-ordered a 2nd one in the Burgundy color. The price was very Reasonable,and the Fit is perfect...plenty of pockets inside and out..& very warm lining inside for those coolest Fall days...& most of all, my Grandson loves his Jackets!!

this kid in my grandson school slice up his jacket for no reason I will order another as soon as I am reimburse for it. Other than that I like the jacket and I will recommend it to my friends.

School Jacket

This product was superb. I thought it would be a flimsy jacket that I would need to make my son wear a sweater underneath but lo and behold it was not a light jacket. The lining was not thick but definetly not thin. It is made of superior quality that I know will last throughout my sons 6th grade experience. I will purchase this item again.

Happy I bought this. $20 seems very fair. Bought it so it could be roomy & a little dressier than a Sweatshirt for my sons daily outerwear
