Man can use maxi pads sometimes too!

Am I heterosexual male. While i in , the hospital they put me in feminine panties. They were all cotton and breathable. I get rashes around my legs and my privates all the time from my boxers. Those were so comfortable and didn’t cause me to have any rashes and we’re quite flexible now I am in a rehab center and I discussed this with some of the nurses and the aides and they thought it would be totally appropriate for me to wear these for comfort, breathability etc. these panties that I bought, for this reason are so comfortable that I’m returning my four pairs of boxers, and I will wear these for the rest of my life. I hope other men with similar problems will consider wearing the same thing and be comfortable instead of being always having a rash and itching. I’m also wearing U Kotex maxi pads because I have a incontinence problem and the nurse thought that would be a good idea to get the ones with wings so they would stay in place and they were long enough and absorbed enough to handle my leakage problems. Because the traditional men’s incontinence pads and briefs are very uncomfortable and cause rashes all the time. They were also the most absorbent and comfortable ones rated on Amazon. I’m very glad I bought both of them and I will continue to do so. By the way, my occupational therapist , a female by the way said it would be a good idea for me to make this statement because a lot of men could benefit from wearing these items too. Ps This is the same review that I posted with the panties that I got today.

I love it . I will say that when I used other sanitary napkins it would make bleed heavy and cramp more . I think it wasn’t cotton and whatever the other sanitary napkins had products that didn’t agree with my lady parts. So thankful for this

Change is good

I usually get the Always overnight maxi pads but they leave me feeling a bit wet and I wake up to irritation. I like new Kotex pads because no only do they keep me dry but I have no irritation and that's a plus for me. Overall I think I will be switching to Kotex pads moving forward.

Excellent product

These pads provide the best protection for heavy days. I've used them the last few months and they provide excellent coverage. The thing that I like the most is that I've had no accidents at all. It is great to not have to clean up spillage. This product is excellent. I can't say enough good things about this item.

Just one came in the bix

Love them, but it says two but only one came! Update: the pads are good, but I had a terrible experience today. My flow is not too heavy, but OMG the pad was stuck in my undies, hard to remove, and when finally I was able to remove it almost all the pad came out with blood! Im freaking out because I still had some pad with blood hard to remove.... This is the first time it happened, been with menstrual cycle 4 days and started using them this cycle... Idk how I feel about them now!

Good night sleep during ...

I'd say it's considered the next thing to a diaper for how well it prevents "accident". The length, width, thickness and softness are top scale among the products I've used, which is quite a few between brands from different countries. No more light sleep or toss and turn because of the worries for leaking. This provides great protection for the first 2 nights.

Very misleading and false advertisement...

The media could not be loaded. I just received my order today. And the picture says it's a box of 24 but the description says it's a two pack a count of 12. Very misleading. False advertisement, unfortunately I brought it down from 4 stars to 1 star because of that. Otherwise this would be a 5-star rating because it is an excellent product. No longer Affordable but they work and fit well. I probably will buy again only because I really need them. ????

this isn't what the picture claims. The photo is one square with 24 items. What came for me is one skinny sleeve of 12 items so I paid for 24pc and only got 12, unacceptable

Bigger than I imagined but my fault for not reading about it.

So I received these the other day. I got them because I was blindly looking for the cheapest pads lol. I seen 24 for a little over 5 bucks which seemed like the cheapest option on Amazon. I did receive both packages, so 2 packs of 12 so 24 pads. They came in a really long box that was longer than my arm. So if you’re looking for really large pads for a good deal then here you go. They were exactly as advertised I just didn’t expect them to be so big. I guess I just don’t have much experience buying these. I was gonna donate them or wait till my periods extremely heavy but I gave them to someone who can thankfully use them. I never tried them out so I can’t really review them. Just know they’re really long!

Product is great, but only got 12 pads

The other reviewers are right, these are HUGE! I bought them for post-partum use and they are great for that purpose. However, Amazon lists these as 12 count (pack of 2) and unit count as 24. The picture also shows a box of 24. I only received 1 package with 12 pads. Amazon was quick to provide a solution though, so happy with the product overall!

Oh my word, I hadn’t fully believed the other reviewers, but they’re right - these maxis are humongous! Not for daywear (rustling diaper sound-effects)... but a very good thing to have for nighttime. I’m glad I got them.
