Not Chep But These Definitely Do The Job

TORO brand ADJUSTABLE sprinkler heads are extremely difficult to find, especially here in droughted California. Exactly what I needed, Toro branded, and do the job perfectly.

Great for the reason I wanted them

I was looking for a short distance variable sprinkler head for my Toro Sprinkler. I received exactly what I needed. Before you insert the sprinkler head, I suggest you hold the bottom with your hand and turn the variable mechanism with a pair of pliers. That mechanism is a little tight at first.

Order not exactly what I expected

I ordered two types of Toro 570 MPR variable Arc nozzles; the 53735, and the 53736. According to the pictures of the nozzles on Amazon, both nozzles should have colored tops. the (53736(green)and the (53735 blue) They come with pop-in filters. The blue topped nozzles I received were the correct item I wanted. However the other nozzles I ordered were not. I believe they are an older style nozzle with the same number, which may be causing all the confusion. As far as what I received the quality & price are OK, however I was disappointed with this order. I should have gotten what was pictured. Hence, 4 out of 5 stars.

Requires some experimenting to achieve adjustment

Lack of complete instructions was the only thing which kept this from a 5-star rating. No description of the purpose of the small grey part ( which seems to interfere with adjusting the spray and I omitted) nor how to tell which way the spray is oriented when you first install the head. After quite a bit of trial and error, I got it adjusted just as I wanted and I definitely like being able to control both radius (distance) and arc.

Great item quality product.

Just what I needed. Home depot has stopped carrying Toro due to toro's prices being to high. Home depot was able to get better prices (cheaper more profit for them) for rainbird and orbit. In my opinion Toro is better quality than those two. Prices are a little bit more for Toro but they last longer.
