Not stick surface is very good.

Much better than cheap Teflon pans that I have used before. Not wild about the handles, but overall very satisfied.

UPDATED !!! Best Nonstick "Copper" Pans I've tried so far ! + UPDATE after use

UPDATED REVIEW CONS - I am VERY careful with these pans, NEVER use anything but silicone or vinyl utensils, never put them in the dishwasher and never use an abrasive scrubber sponge in them. I even store them with the original piece of cardboard between them and other pans. Yet after about 6 months I noticed that there were what looked like little nicks and scratches in the pans and the copper color on rim of the pan was wearing off. Like the ceramic coating is chipping off. I took pictures and contacted the T-Fal company and sent them the pics. They told me I must be using metal utensils in the pans (which I don't) and have scratched them up so they wouldn't honor any warranty. PROS - They are still fairly non-stick, not as great as they were initially though. They have not warped either, so they still cook pretty evenly. ORIGINAL REVIEW This is the 3rd set of "Copper" non-stick pans I have tried. The first two brands were awful and my eggs started sticking in the pan from the first usage. Since T-Fal has such great regular non-stick pans I thought I'd try their "copper" pans. I am very pleased ! Don't know how long they will remain non-stick. I will update my review after a few months use. UPDATE. I have used these pans now for almost 2 months. They are AMAZING !! They are STILL nonstick !! My eggs still slide out of the pan just like on TV and I don't have to use any oil. The really amazing thing is, that they have the same coating on the outside of the pan. So oil and stuff doesn't bake on the outside of the pan to where you can't scrub it off. I HIGHLY recommend these pans

BEST healthy pans out there.

I research long hours to avoid putting into my family more toxic elements than what we already have in this world. Virtually all nonstick pans, even those that are marketed as non-Teflon or PFOA-free, are coated in plastic or PTFE, including “environmentally-friendly” pans. According to current ongoing research, new ceramic-based compounds do seem to be much safer than other non-stick surfaces. I am a bit reassured to see that T-Fal (which uses Teflon too) states that this set is PTFE-free and PFOA-free and that is ceramic coated instead. Although safer, ceramic doesn't seem to perform as well as other pans and high heat seems to degrade and release any non-stick and ceramic pan coating over time. We still don't heat these above medium temperature or heat dry without oil and it still performs perfectly after 2 months of constant use. After reading many reviews of the best non-stick and ceramic pans, we came to the realization that any of these pans will have a useful life of about 6-10 months because the coating eventually degrades. So we are ok if we end up having to buy healthy pans every year or so.

Don't get if you have a glass top!

Instantly returned these once I opened the box and saw/felt the bottoms. We have a glass top stove and the bottoms of these have a rough ridge that will scratch and ruin your glass top.

Lightweight and nonstick

It's much lighter than most pans, good for arthritic hands. The nonstick is good so far. There is a metal heatspreader on the bottom so I haven't noticed any hotspots. It doesn't sear as well as my other pans at the same temperature, but I haven't tried to raise the heat too high. According to the documentation the cooking surface can handle up to 570 degrees F. I let it cool before cleaning and then just wipe it clean with a paper towel. Since there are metal parts (the heatspreader and handle) along with the ceramic cooking surface, I toiveled without a bracha.

Nice pans, but the measurement is definitely off.

These pans seem nice, and I do like the "thermospot" concept (though I'm not sure how useful it will actually be). They seem decently made and all, but my biggest gripe is that I bought this set to replace an 8 and 10 inch pan. The 8 inch pan in this set is absolutely smaller than advertised. I wanted to replace an older 8 inch pan that is falling apart, but now I will have to keep it as the one in this package is definitely too small. The 10 inch pan is also a tad smaller than my old one (close enough), but the 8 inch one is seriously closer to 6 inches. It's tiny. The price on these pans also varies quite a lot. From $18 to $40 I've seen in the last week. I'd say they are worth the lower end and absolutely not worth the higher end.

Most nonstick pans I've ever used

Really enjoy using these pans, they simply have the best nonstick surface I've ever used. Super easy to clean, even heating. The only downside is kinda an unknown on the durability. The exterior has one chip on the ceramic, and because of that we are a little more careful with these than with other pans. It's also worth noting the instructions that come with the pans talk about seasoning them with a bit of oil, which I have been doing every 10 washes or so, similar to seasoning a cast iron, but a lot harder to screw up. Seems to help maintain the non stick of the pans, and hopefully helps them last, although to be seen on that.

Unbeatable Non-Stick

Nice weight to the materials and well balanced - no tipping or rocking on my ceramic cook top. Heat distribution is quite acceptable. The gently sloping sides make slipping food from pan to plate clean and easy while heavy duty professional grade non-stick coating inside and out make these so simple to keep clean that I simply rinse them with hot water and dry by hand (although they ARE dishwasher safe.) The ergonomic silicone handles have a good feel in my hand, are oven safe to 350f, and are also easy to clean. The 'thermo spot' heat indicator seems a little unnecessary if you are in any way familiar with cooking basics but it doesn't interfere in anyway with the pans' performance.
