Too long for my swing.

They showed two sizes one 7 inch, the other 4 inch. But when you clicked on the 4 inch it’s not the same product the four-inch is made for screwing into wood with no washer or bolt.

Best Value Compared to Other Hangers

I bought this style of hook because I couldn't go through the board from the top down. I could only start from the bottom and go up because the top of the board is not accessible. After researching 4 other types of swing hangers I determined that this is the best one for the price. I have indeed installed it. It's working great and is basically silent. Swing Hangers for Wooden Sets You'd have to have access to the top of the board for this hook to work, which I didn't. Swing Kingdom Stainless Steel Swing Hook It's nice that this hook is made of stainless steel, but if you look at the design it's actually 2 pieces connected by an axel. That's not the sturdiest design. The price is only for one hook so once you buy 2 you're paying 100% more than the Hillman. Great find

I wanted to build a swing for the wife so she could rest her weary bones after a good day on the farm. I needed these hooks to hang the swing. Happy Wife, Happy Life.

Squeaked after 1 week. Otherwise good product

Worked as designed. Easily installed with all necessary hardware. But started squeaking a week after use. I used a silicone based lube (brake grease) to make it quiet

The swing hook you find in your local big box building supply is rated for 210 lbs, the porch swing we have was for adults, way more than 210 total. This kit fit the bill and worked perfectly.
