Very solid

Arrived nicely packaged. This set of jack stands are very solid. They both look and feel very safe to use. I use these daily in my mechanic shop. They have worked flawlessly and are at a great price point. Very easy to use. A must have!

Nice heavy stands, but Quality Control issue

These are nice looking heavy stands. I have never had the safety pin set up. It’s a nice feature and makes moving them around for storage easier because you can grab the top without it pulling out. Problem is one of my pins would not go in. I traced the issue to the upper part by swapping them and the problem followed the top. Seems to be a little out of square/crooked (Tried to photograph) Stand works, but safety pin will not go all the way in.. I’m sure a little grinding will correct it, but there is a sheet says it was tested and I disagree with that. Would be 5 stars, except for the pin issue.

Well manufactured, solid jack stands

I own another set of 6 Ton stands, and these work just as well, if not better. The welds look well done and sturdy. I do like the safety pin to lock them in. I have never had a jack stand fail on me, and I can't see these doing so either.

Super strong and tough

These jacks have performed well, for a couple of Jeep modifications. They are very sturdy and well made.

Good for DIYer home repair

I got the 6-ton jack stands for my home car repair to get additional contingency for my regular sedan. Compared to my old 3-ton jack, I can tell the build is stronger and thicker. Very sturdy when supporting my car when I need to work on the wheel and break. Only minor issue is on of the safety pin are very tight because of the sizing of the hole on the other side. Other than that it works pretty well for me so far.

DIY shop necessity

Ordered the six ton version for our farm/home operation. With the constant need to either have cars, trucks or tractors worked on for preventative maintenance or repairs these are a basic necessity. This set epitomizes the term heavy duty, the thickness of the steel alone eclipses the competition. Welds are clean and solid, the base is wide providing a very stable/safe lift everytime. Each leg has an additional pad to increase stability and prevent garage floor or driveway damage. Upper arm saddle is solid and thick, perfect for frame rails, axles and other applications. The height range from lowest to highest covers just about every possible job for us. Safety wise, the standard ratchet lock is supplemented by triangle lock key which is inserted by hand. Finishing off this equipment is a great heavy epoxy coat of paint for a very long life. Pricey, but well worth the investment.

Sturdy!!

These Jack Stands (3 and 6 Ton Capacity) - Heavy Duty Ratchet Style Car Jack Stands are sturdy!! They are easy to use if the weight isn't too much for you. I love that they go nice and high too!
