strumento utilissimo se fa quello per cui è nato.nella confezione viene precisato che è stato testato con le mascherine della ditta stessa che lo ha costruito.le mascherine di questa fabbrica sono molto care a fronte di una asserita funzionalità a norma di legge a fronte di tante ffp2 cinesi . noi utilizziamo mascherine asseritamente fatte in Italia ed a norma.spero che l'attrzzo funzioni anche con altre mascherine meno care.

Ottimo sterilizzatore, lo uso per le FFP2 e lo trovo molto valido, veloce e comodo. Inoltre lo uso per sterilizzare piccoli oggetti dei miei bambini. Super consigliato in questo periodo.

Useful for masks and small personal items; not 100% child-safe

The "GVS SPM900 FACE MASK STERILIZER" can be used with any fabric reusable masks whatever the brand; it should not be used with disposables which are intended to be properly discarded after a single use. Where a removable filter is used within a mask, that should be removed and sterilized separately. It can also be used for small devices including, but not limited to, mobile phones, DECT handsets, media players, electronic beauty and skin-care devices and keys with the obvious proviso that they can fit within it. It can also sterilize make-up brushes and anything used by beauticians and others offering comparable services subject to items being of a suitable size. The instructions (in several European languages on individual cards) indicate that it is at least 99% effective against bacteria and other micro-organisms but omits mention of viruses which, at the time of review in mid-May 2021 and towards the intended date of removal of all COVID-19-related personal restrictions, is of particular relevance. Its anti-viral effects are not mentioned or known. USB-powered via an included cable that can connect to a PC or a mains power adapter whenever required. It can be used solely to sterilize or to also infuse a mask with aroma therapy oils - the card instructions suggest a maximum of 4 drops but there is a label adjacent to the internal diffuser that confusingly states 6 drops to be carefully dropped onto it. It is assumed that that amount of oil will suffice for several passes. Each pass lasts 10 minutes per side, with a mask folded vertically at the nose position. Once that pass is complete, flip it and repeat. That is it! There are separate buttons for sterilizer and infuser modes which can either work alone or in unison. In either event, the device bleeps briefly and the button(s) illuminate and bleep again on completion as the indicator(s) extinguish. It is lightweight, potentially portable although it is quite bulky (about the same as a pair of trainers). Its lead can be stored internally when not in use. There is a warning about possible eye damage should the sterilizer function be used with the lid open and it would be preferable for that not to be possible especially if operated by children. A device that can be used at home although also of possible benefit within some businesses.
