I ended up buying four pairs. YES I KNOW EXCESSIVE. But first pair was size 8 and though I could wear it I thought maybe a 7 would fit a bit better as the 8 was just a bit too wide and wanted to fall off my foot when ever I put my feet up on foot rest or ottoman. So finding at that time only solid no half sizes I did just that ordered the seven. Right after I did I discovered another Amazon Seller offering the same shoe in a 7.5 and yes ordered it too. Guess what though I almost always wear a 7.5 in say New Balance Skechers can be a bit sketchy. I have a slip on shoe I adore at size 7.5 Medium but is too wide in the ankle and a bit too long too. While also have 3 other pairs of shoes that tie on and they are 7.5's and fit great but a pair of black winter boots are again too big and must wear second pair of thick socks to get away with them. Yet another pair of outdoor boots from Skechers that laces up and 7.5 fits perfectly. So it's always a bit of a crap shoot with size. I've for years however worn a 7 medium in less brandnames but almost always had to size up half a size for name brands and for things like Ugg's and Bearpaws and wooly lined boots and slip on styles I jump a full size 8 as recommended. So with this sandal I find the pure seven is my size. I would have exchanged the slip on several years ago but it wasn't available in a seven at the time so they are adorable and I manage but sadly at that. Meantime these sandals are important to me. I have surgery in right foot that went badly 11 years ago and I must have arch support in shoes and sandals and at all times. I often rely on the rubber like slip ons or slides and use when I get up from bed in middle of night as walking without support on that foot is very difficult. So wonderful to find a solid well developed arch support in a leather sandal. And no allergies to the foot bed which I'm sensitive to latex and amazing how even today some shoes still have latex materials in their inside foot beds. Skechers do not seem to ever. And so for the arch support these are ideal. I wish I could find the same exact sandal with a heel strap because I enjoy riding my bike in sandals but then again I know it's safer to wear shoes. I can wear the 7.5 and the 8 even. I wear a foot/ankle brace at times due to the injured foot and so a bit wider can be helpful when wearing that. And thicker socks also can pick up the too wide shoe. I find the 7.5 a still bit sloppy width wise but not bad for length of foot. But If I were to order another pair I would go with the 7 in this model. But love them really and I also weather proofed with leather waterproofing spray. It darkened the leather and shoe but I wear sandals a lot in spring and summer and my preferred shoe. Knowing walking across the wet morning grass isn't going to damage them is good feeling. No I won't be wearing all three sizes at once I've put away the two 7.5's for now in spare shoe closet and will keep the 8's for the braces and daily use the 7's. But really as odd as it may sound all 3 sizes I can make do and work for me. The arch support is my number one fav here.

Especially comfortable with plantar fasciitis

I know these are/were in style but I always found this style so ugly. I only bought them out of sheer desperation to find a sandal that wouldn’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis any further so I wasn’t bound to sneakers all summer, and these popped up in deals of the day. Since they were discounted, I figured I would try them out. I should note that I’m disabled and need supportive shoes to avoid pain. These shoes were excellent for wearing to the pool over the summer or out in the yard. I didn’t walk far in them, but felt that I could if I wanted to. After wearing them for a week I went to purchase a second pair and was annoyed they were no longer in stock. Hopefully sketchers brings them back next season. What I liked- 1. Decent arch support (I have insanely high arches and all the problems that go with high arches) 2. Adjustable straps (I have narrow feet and most arch support shoes run wide) 3. Rubber non slip soles (not the slippery plastic some sketchers have) 4. Light weight/not clunky (I have other rubber soled sandals that are supportive but so heavy and clunky it defeats the purpose of comfortable shoes. I can’t lift my left leg very high due to my disability so this feature is important to me) Dislikes- 1. Still Ugly IMO 2. Discontinued (hopefully just seasonal) I would definitely recommend these sandals to a friend. They were far more comfortable than the brand this style imitates.

Not pretty but comfortable

They are definitely comfortable and good for wearing around the pool or out in the yard but they are ugly, frankly. There are lots of sketcher shoes that are cute and comfortable both so I would not buy these again.

Just what I wanted...

I had another pair of Arch Fit sandals that make a flop flop noise with every step. So I wanted Arch Fit but not the noise of flip flops and these fit the bill. The may make your feet sweat a bit more but I use spray antiperspirant or lotion.

Decent arch support/comes in half sizes

I have tried many pairs of sandals over the past summer when I learned that I needed good arch support. Most only came in whole sizes, which doesn't work for me. Most had those thingies that go through your toes, which I find uncomfortable. These sandals were great: good price, good arch support, not too bulky looking and reasonable comfortable (they may grow to be moreso after I've worn them more(.

Great sandal for hard-to-fit wide feet

Great summer sandals for hard-to-fit extra wide feet. The two buckles let you adjust the shoe for the best fit, depending where widest part of your foot is. There is room to add an extra hole to the strap if you must, but I have EE feet with a high instep (exact same size and shape as my dad's, except I'm a woman), and they fit fine on first wear. They do also stretch with a bit of regular wear - after few weeks I was able to tighten the straps a notch each. Rated 4 instead of 5 stars because my leg does rotate out slightly when walking in these shoes (something I'm acutely aware of ever since a hip and knee injury a few years ago). This leg rotation is usually a sign (for me) of less-than-adequate support from a shoe . Still, all around a great shoe - very comfortable, with a soft, sponge-y footbed, some arch support, and they fit even my weird feet (thanks, Dad, lol). One of the few pairs of shoes I can wear despite my injury. Worth the price.

Excellent Adjustable Fit

Great pair of exta wide width sandals. My wife has flat wide feet. She said these were the most comfortable pair of shoes she has worn in a very long time

Feels very comfortable and are ideal for walking on the beach

I bought the sandals to work in the garden, short walks, wear on the sandy beach. They fit well, sized as expected and buckles are adjustable to fit the width of your feet.
