Decent for the price

Used this bag and some other smaller ones to carry potable water on a 5 day kayak trip. It worked pretty well, but I was sure to use it up first as it had a mysterious slow leak near the top somewhere, couldn’t quite figure where somehow. My friend had the same bag with no problems. It’s still usable, I just have to be careful that it stays upright.

Great water bottle easy to handle and pour

I purchased this water container to go with our travel trailer when we were "off grid" and I needed easy access to water and ease in pouring water. This bottle is perfect! We were winterized at the time of travel to south Florida from Wisconsin in December, and I needed an easy to pour water bottle while we traveled. This bottle stood up nicely to the task, as we placed it in our shower unit. Very easy to handle compared to a 5 liter jug. The cap secured well with no leaks.

It's Hard Plastic.

First off, the company contacted me before they shipped to confirm my shipping address, very nice. The water jugs are made of hard plastic not the soft rubbery stuff that my hiking bladder is made from. I says so in the product details but I missed that. The hard plastic is not what I was looking for because I was sure it would crack and break with daily use on a trail. That being said, one of the jugs was cracked. when I filled them with water there was a small enough hole to produce a slow leak. Also, the screw top on the other one leaked when it fell to it's side, enough to empty the jug to the half way point. The company added in a free gift to my order and it was a very useful gadget but I don't know if every order will get a "gift". Overall I will not be returning the Item because with the gift and the one jug that does mostly work it was worth the price, and like I said if I had noticed they were made of hard plastic I wouldn't have bought them in the first place. My mistake, not the company.

Great for Backpacking

I recently took the 8L Big Mouth on a week-long backpacking trip. It enabled me to add enough filtered water, needed for dinner, breakfast and drinking water for the entire day, at one time. Because it is ultimately collapsable it was easy to stow in my backpack. The large opening made filling and pouring very easy. I purchased a second Big Mouth to keep in our travel trailer, for convenient water storage, when needed. The Big Mouth has it all - Easy fill, large capacity, collapsible and very sturdy.

Good value

Perfect for having a good amount of water on hand at camp. Takes up very little space/weight when empty. My only complaint is it tends to want to fall over when full, so keep the cap on tight.

Mediocre Product

Bag itself has had no leaks but the cap doesn't stay attached to the bag... which is very annoying, especially when you're out backpacking and just trying to pump up clean water without having to set anything down or drop something.

Very well made!

I bought 2 of these to use while camping. They stowed nicely in our small motorcycle trailer and made carrying water to the campsite very easy. The wide mouth makes filling them a breeze and the handle makes it comfortable to carry even when full. They feel sturdy and didn’t leak. I’ve already recommended them to other campers.
