Not thrilled

I think this would be better as an outdoor planter but I am using it as an indoor planter. Came with the white chipped.

Missing self water tray and bottom plug - useless and HC company did not want to help

A self watering planter really doesn’t work if you don’t have a drainage p,ug on the bottom or the self watering tray ?. Amazon said just return them - I ordered 8 had to return 6 … did not offer a replacement . Called HC companies and asked if I could just be sent the trays - no, did not want to help … very poor customer service

Missing pieces and looked used.

I received the product looking like there was dirt in it and the insert was missing. Cheap piece of plastic and not worth $10.

Received a partial item that was broken

I ordered this twice. The first time I received just the pot with the hole in the bottom. There was no insert (as pictured/described/promised) and no plug for the hole. The entire reason I purchased this was for the mechanism, and instead I just got a pot with a hole. Not cool! I returned and ordered again- this time had the insert but no plug for the hole in the bottom and had a huge crack up the side. SO annoying. Get yourself together!

Incomplete planer. Only the outer pot, no inner pot and no plug. It's unusable as is.
