Great Curtain Rods at a Great Price.

I am thrilled with my new curtain rods. I have purchased this brand before (120"-170"L Double Rods). Since I installed my previous purchase unassisted, these shorter ones were a breeze to install. They are already up, and the curtains are hung in record time. No snags!

Sturdy double rod

Sat out too far from wall. Overall great item. Sturdy material, easy to install, but not able to adjust length as needed.

Wish the rods were sturdier or longer (not in so many pieces) so you could just have the bracing at the ends and the middle not in 4 places where you can’t open curtains.

Missing Part

I am missing one of the smaller end caps. How can I get a replacement? I looked all over the entire package. One of the small end caps to the rod is missing. However the rest of the product is lovely and sturdy. Please let me know how to get a replacement.

Multiple were damaged and possibly missing pieces. Poor quality.

Maybe I'm missing something, but both packages I ordered did not include one of the center rods to connect the two outer rods together. I assume double rods are two long rods - one on front, one in back, on which to hang curtains. This was one long rod and two short ones. The first time I returned the item because A. the ends of the smaller rods were chewed up and the shiny outer layer was partially scraped off; and B. one of the rods was dented. I am returning the replacement because the ends of the small rod are also scraped up on this package. I don't know if it is just poor quality materials or sloppy care of merchandise, but I'm tired of getting sub-par items. I'll be returning the replacements as well and ordering a different brand of higher quality.
